Point to Point Broadband
We have been dealing with Point to Point for 6 years now and they have always done whatever it took to give us the best possible signal even though we live in a rural area beside an escarpment which has made reception extremely difficult. We tried 2 other providers in that 6 years and who just couldn't deliver and both times went back to Point to Point almost immediately. They definitely excel in customer service. It's true the service hasn't been the best for us but through no fault of theirs. It's because of where we live. It's still better than Xplornet or Bell Internet. Thanks PTP!

Works during day time for kids but at night internet is spotty…Worst of it all is they don’t have after hrs help line.Gonna look for a new provider tomorrow.

Very happy with the service from PTP - good quality internet and service tech's( We have dealt with Joseph ) are very friendly and good at their job also. A bit of issues with latency, but they were quick to rectify the problem each time it occured.

Passable during the day but expect to be in the dark every single evening.Anything after regular work hours is not only significantly slower than normal, but riddled with a ridiculous amount of packet loss.If you're rural you're stuck with overpriced service" with sub par infrastructure.See photo for what you'd expect."
