My mother had extractions done today. Excellent customer service. Very thorough, kind, and took the time to ask if we had questions. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you Orchard Heights Dental!!

Such a wonderful atmosphere. Coming from an office that we all loved for the past decade, making a move, you never know what to expect when settling in a new community. This office has an upbeat energy throughout that appears present with all the staff and in their interactions with one another. Martin Keigher here. I would just like to convey my utmost Thanks for the care, reassurance, guidance, advice and emotional support that I received from everyone at Orchard dental yesterday. This commenced and ended with the empathy from all the staff on the front desk, ( especially Donna ), and likewise to the sympathy, empathy and professional standard of care that shone through both Doc. Dreary and her wonderful assistant, Stephanie.I had to attend as an emergency client having a phobia and complex anxiety issues relating to dental care. Therefore I had managed to avoid attending any practice for over 40 years. Yesterday I had no choice due to the pain levels but the team demonstrated all of the attributes above to make the process and procedure as positive as could possibly be. I was so impressed that I even had the faith to book two follow up visits. Thank you all.

I wanted to sincerely thank Dr. Brock, and the amazing staff at Orchard, It was journey! After months of amazing work, I finally have my confident smile back, I’m no longer in pain and soon I will be able to eat the foods I’ve missed out on for years. If it wasn’t for their patience and the reassuring that I will be able to have healthy teeth again, I wouldn’t have been able to do this. Thank you so much, I am truly so grateful!!!!!

Took my daughter here for her first appointment today the staff and hygienists right to the dentist were fantastic. My kiddo came out not scared, happy as can be. The second you walk in the door its a good vibe

Even at my age was always scared of the dentist. Now 30 years later best experience ever. No pain very professional they always ask if you are doing OK,staff is nothing but the BEST, if you need dental work this is the place!

Recent dental work I had done by Jessica Drury is great very pleased with the results & a special thanks for getting me in with an angry painful tooth that she took care of. Very friendly & staff are fantastic. Thanks so much

Needed a tooth removed and they got me in right away. Fantastic staff. Had me in and out in an hour. Very pleased with my experience and will be going back for any more work. Beautiful office! Very clean and welcoming. Three ladies at reception so zero waiting around. This is a very dialed in operation. Thanks for the help!!
