One of only two compounding pharmacies left and they do a great job.

Our family has gone to this pharmacy for 17 years. Tony and his family are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I never go anywhere else if I don't have to!

I saw a bunch of negative reviews prior to coming down and let me tell you they were wrong! The Staff is super welcoming and friendly. They have a small selection of groceries for the seniors and office workers close by if you need to grab a loaf of Bread quick. The three Pharmacists introduced themselves to me. And they have deliver services and bubble packing. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The one bigger lady with dark hair gives the worst customer service her name is Alisha and tries refusing help to people whenever she can and claims it's the store policy but then the next day a diffrent staff member will do it for you without a problem. She treats customers like they are infectious diseases and will even refuse to touch their pen after they used it but will gladly take their germ filled money though. She even picks up certain items that customers may have touched with a rolled up paper so she doesn't have to touch them with her bare hands. Oh and another thing when I get a weeks worth of my prescription they make me sign my name 14 times in a row on a form 14 times!!! and Alicia will comb through every signature to make sure they all look identical. My new pharmacy only makes my sign my name once for the exact same medication. This place is truely a degrading experience and a very unprofessional pharmacy. Today I use Lorne street drugs and they are a much better place with a great staff.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy i have EVER encountered. You are judged and treated with ignorant bias behaviour depending what type of medication you are there for & even by appearance. You're wait time can be ridiculous even though they have over a months notice of when you are coming to get your meds, literally helping people that walked in 15-20 minutes after you even tho your prescription is sitting right there. I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK TO MY OLD PHARMACY. Ive been on my medications for over 5 years and never once have I encountered such rude, ignorant & degrading lack of customer service. I will be taking my business else where to say the least. Some of these people should NOT have their jobs. I urge you to file a complaint against them if you've had a similiar experience. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and start treating people with respect. This is no way to run a business & completely unprofessional. Quit acting like your above your clients!!!!

The pharmacists here have always provided top-notch professional service to my elderly mother-in-law and ourselves. They help iron out little problems, they give instruction, and they are obviously seeing prescription issues from the customers side. Highly recommend!

This Pharmacy makes you feel like a human being. They remember your name and are happy to see you when you walk through the door. I've never had a better experience picking up (or having delivered) my meds. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

This pharmacy knows how to treat people properly, they're always friendly, courteous and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else myself.
