DR. Losier on the second floor is amazing. She is the most gentle Dentist I have even been to. She is excellent at her craft with explanations of everything before she does it. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great dentist.

My mother went for an appointment here approximately a year ago. She is hesitant to get her teeth done again after her awful experience with the dental hygienist. She was extremely rough, and was condescending and rude to her, and then proceeded to walk out of examination room to go and talk to other people about the state of her teeth.Gross unprofessionalism. I have heard great things about the dentist and office staff, but would never go here because of how my mom was treated by the hygienist.

worst experiences of my life. I knocked my front teeth and spent several months (and thousands of dollars) seeing one of the male dentists here. He frequently forgot what tooth he was working on during my visits, he almost did a root canal on the opposite side of my mouth (numbed and ready) until I stopped him confused. He wouldn’t numb it enough. He laughed at my questions. Straight up laughed. He refused me pain medication, didn’t tell me to get antibiotics for my infection so I was infected several times and once my cheek swelled up and I had to take antibiotics via needle at the hospital for four days straight. He made me feel stupid and put me through immense pain, knowing he was all I could go to. I am now constantly having pain in my teeth. Never again.

They removed only half of my tooth during extraction on Friday. Not prescribing me any medication for the pain and leaving it untreated all weekend with no upcoming appointment. Very unprofessional.

It took an hour an a half for a cleaning

I had just arrived in Corner Brook by ship and was able to get and appointment for the same day and still depart on my cruise that afternoon. The surgery was bright and clean whilst the staff were pleasant and helpful as well efficient.The dentist was very professional and after a short while I was able to leave with the treatment completed along with some aids to continue the treatment during my cruise. Dr. Sheppard is the most gentle person you can ever want for a dentist. I paid a visit there this morning, unexpectedly and she got me in asap. She explained everything she was doing to me and kept asking, Are you ok
