Horrible service.Pre called this store as I am not from Montreal asking for an item prior to my arrival. Spoke on the phone for 5 minutes, discussing the item. Come into the 400sqft at max store the next day, and they are confused, clueless, and do not carry the item. Carrys on her laptop as customers aren't important and only sales are.Not friendly. Not polite. Not welcoming. Go to another pet store, a bigger one.

Why is this store called animal vert? I expected eco friendly pet products. Sadly not. They do have a tiny vrac section but there is nothing else green about this store. Almost all pet food bags cannot be recycled and all collars and leashes are made from new sources and not from recycled items. Totally deceived by the store name.

Fantastic selection of quality pet food and supplies.Including things that you can't find elsewhere. The staff is what really sets this place apart though. They are incredibly lovely and helpful.

La boutique est toute petite, mais pleine à craquer. Ils ont des produits spécialisés pour chats et chiens. Mon chat est allergique au poulet et j'ai de la facilité à lui trouver de la nourriture et des bonbons à cet endroit. Par contre, c'est un peu cher.

Discovered this wonderful pet supply store just a few days ago, while searching for a store that sells a particular brand of winter gear for my son's service dog. Julia was just amazing as she patiently took the time to help me do a special order and called as promised when the order was verified. As well, the food products I needed for my newly adopted cat are of amazing quality! If you want the best care for your fur baby, this is the place!

I have gone several times to this dog store and I've been satisfied every time. The sales clerks are very friendly and helpful. They try to find the exact product to meet the needs you have. Super place and great prices. I would recommend this shop.

Very unprofessional young staff member acting high and mighty after I corrected my dog, asking me to stop beating her?! Unacceptable also Overpriced, small, no choices. Won’t be coming back
