Unfortunate experience in this clinic, on Thursday, I went to get checked for my medical issues, first I booked the appointment over the phone, when I arrived there, I had to wait for more than an hour to be attended, they called my name and sent to the consultation room to wait for another 10 minutes. Then the physician came to ask about it, he didn't stay for more than 5 minutes, he didn't let me finish talking when he left the room, so unprofessional and impolite, the receptionist made me make another appointment to finish sharing what a doctor needs to know for apropiate evaluation, which I accepted reluctantly, when the day came I couldn't leave my house due to heavy amount of snow on my driveway, they called me and charged me for my absence at that appointment, Does the patient has to pay for the lack of professionalism, manners, and efficiency of clinic staff? Just to be clear, the receptionists are the only ones who make the difference there....Original review above...I received an email where the clinic replayed to this review, then I checked my original review but it seems they removed the comment, they limited to insult me, there I can see the professionalism, I could copy paste what they say but it would be too much.First, I know the phone calls are recorded, and my original review says roughly what happened, so yes, I call for two things that are bothering me.I am a newcomer seeking assistance. If there is a law that says in a walk-in clinic you are allowed to share only one symptom, I would have said only one and stayed quiet. The doctor never said: Sorry

I went here to complete medical forms. Please follow along as I share each step of my journey.Firstly, as I walked up to the receptionist counter, I was warmly greeted by the sounds of keyboard typing and deep sighs. I was so pleasantly surprised that nobody said hi to me; I think they must be trying to speak less in order to not spread COVID. I’m so glad this team cares for the health and safety of our community.Then, I got the chance to sit in the quaintly decorated waiting room. The chairs reeked of cigarette smoke, tattered and discolored from years of overuse and neglect. The cold uneven seat was a good décor touch, reminding us patients that we are not here in the waiting room to be comfortable. Of course, I mean why would you want to be comfortable if you don't plan on waiting for a long time! This all contributes to the culture of efficiency here which led to me only waiting 1 hour for my pre-booked appointment.Next, once I got into the room, the doctor (I cannot tell all of you his name as he never said hi or introduced himself, hehe i love a good mystery) told me that he does not have the time to fill out my form and instead got another staff member to do it. This staff member appeared to be a new English learner as they misspelled many words. I'm so glad this clinic supports newcomers and gives them opportunities to practice their English. Thanks to the Huron Medical Centre, I had the honor of paying money for someone to practice learning English on my employment forms! This is truly an opportunity I cannot find at any other clinic!All in all, this experience was more than I could ever ask for. Although I have no more medical forms to fill, I am sure I will be back to make more great memories here. From the grimy clinic space to the condescending and cold staff/doctors, I can't wait for my next trip!

Worst medical facility I've ever been to. First receptionist was rude and unknowledgeable, loudly asked if I needed a pregnancy test and proceeded to talk to the second one about how they don't have any 'pee cups' available. After a while I interrupted and told them that wasn't the reason I was there for (Booked online, visited because I just moved to London and don't have a family doctor, went for a potentially cancerous lump on my neck. You have to state reasons for visit) My visit was over in about 30 seconds, which was my lump barely being looked at, being prescribed medication hastily, and being told if it doesn't improve

We came in 15 minutes before closing without appointment. And most of clinics closed because of new year. They accepted us quickly and nicely. Thanks to that kindness my daughter’s red eyes got better the next day. Doctor looked professional and told us our daughter eyes will get heal soon. Me and my husband appreciated a lot.

I have used this Medical Centre in the past through their call in option and today I used it in person with my daughter. You are able to conveniently book online and when you arrive you are not waiting. I must say all the staff are super nice, great customer service, and very efficient. Dr. Ramkumar is very knowledgeable with her information, takes her time with you and she informs you on what she prescribed and provides knowledge of drugs. Again, very personable, I didn’t feel rushed and will definitely use this Medical Centre in the future.Additionally, there is a pharmacy located inside, which is super convenient.I would definitely recommend this Medical Centre.

Good experience from start to finish. It's great that you can book your appointment time on-line. Very short wait time. The staff and doctor were friendly and efficient.

Great doctors and friendly staff, always ready to support. Book an appointment online, and the wait time is not more than 10 minutes. Walk-ins would have a higher waiting time.I am so thankful to have met Dr.Keys and Dr.Gajebasia, as we were new to Canada and had no family doctors assigned. They listen to you with patience and make sure that all your queries are answered.

Dr. Piskozub was great but no longer at the clinic. First visit with Dr. Julie Ramkumar and she was fantastic. Professional, attentive, knowledgable and excellent bedside manners. Minimal wait time after booking online. Reassured after visiting today and feeling better. Thank you, Gene
