Went in yesterday to get a custom suit for my wedding. It was a great experience. The store was quite busy, but I never once felt rushed by Brent (the store manager who was helping me). He listened to everything I wanted, offered great advice, and overall it was a great experience. I'm super happy with how everything turned out, and am super excited to see the finished product. Thanks to Brent and Moore's Regina for an awesome experience!

Didn't like the way staff communicated about the stock availability. I was asked to try pants size 36 regular when 34 slimfit pants were right for me. Was disappointed after waisting more than an hour with the sales person. I was told that even if he finds which fits me the alteration will take 2 weeks due to backlog after new year's 1st week. Went to Cornwall and got suit in 5 mins and got it sized as well and received it next day. Won't go back and won't suggest anyone.

We needed help with dressing our young man formally for the first time, and being new to Regina didn’t help, so we went blindly to Moores, and I kid you not what a service we got, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!First day there was that lady I didn’t get her name, she helped us, was extremely helpful and very nice but our young man was undecided so we came the next day, and there was this young lady, again extremely helpful and nice was helping us, but then came in Azeem a young fellow, and Holy!!!!he went out of his ways to help us, he made sure we got what we needed and was very patient and made our whole experience amazing, he was not only helpful but also gave pointers to our young man on dressing.The store has everything you need for formal to casual dressing under one roof.Will definitely be going there again.Moores Regina your service has gained you a lifetime costumer.

Great service. Not only have I boughten suits for grads I’ve gotten a few men’s shirts for myself. They are longer but have more structure than a women’s shirt. Had them tailored at the waist and it’s a dream. The sales associate didn’t even hesitate to help me. Great store!

Came in to looking to buy a couple of shirts and maybe a suit, found exactly what I was looking for. Received excellent service and I'm very happy with the price tag. Thanks Amantu!

Very little selection to try on for rental or limited in what they had available. Couldn't get any one of my groomsmen in a full suit to get the picture of what it would look like.Phoned in advance to ask if they would be able to help fit two ladies into suits, was told no problem we've fit ladies into suits before". Let me break the news

Went there today to buy several complete outfits for my Daughter's wedding and was helped by Brent MacMillian and Alyssa Hartman and it's undoubtedly the best service I've ever received in any store. Even though the place got busy and they were torn between several groups they never neglected me and always communicated with each other and me while they helped the other customers. I give them my highest recommendation.

Terrible customer service. Sales person seemed flustered/annoyed. ( Joey / Joe ? )Went in with a flexible budget. Sales person was so focused on the budget more so than finding me the 2 suits that I had hope to get. I told him If it goes over the budget a bit it’s not a big deal. I told him I didn’t really care about the brand either. As long as the suit looks good I’m good with it.However, I noticed him conversing with the manager and he seemed flustered and annoyed when I was trying on my shoes.In the end the manager ended up picking out a suit that worked. I was going to get the two suits, but was so disappointed and over with the customer service I ended just getting one because I had spent 2 hours there.Tip: it’s ok to build customer service, but get to the point. I’m there to buy a suit not to chat for an hour….Needless to say I’ll continue go to the mall and buy my suits. Way better customer service, price is reasonable. I didn’t even get a suit cover ( just a plain plastic bag )…I will never return even if it’s free…

Not worth it....never again...glad we came out and went to other store....rep really need to work on communication skills. Body shaming is unacceptable in any culture no matter what from wherever you are.Other store staff was so much respectful , welcoming n smile on the face...

Very disappointed with the service. We were treated very poorly. The salesman was rude and a bit racist in the way he spoke to us. Never judge a book by its cover. Do better
