Holistic Eleanor

Had the pleasure of receiving a facilitated tapping experience from Eleanor recently. Her ever calm presence, guidance, knowledge and ability to create a very safe space are truly gifts she imparts freely, with ease. At a recent retreat she guided a group tapping session. It was an awesome experience... Helping many of us to connect with past traumas and teaching us tapping methods to start the healing process. ALSO I had a migraine and her magic hands massaged/used acupressure and my head and hands both felt so much better. Thank you Eleanor!

Having been to a few different massage therapists over my lifetime, l have never before experienced the healing results that l did with Eleanor. After only two sessions, longstanding pain in both legs as a result of a right knee injury 24 years ago was significantly reduced and mobility greatly improved. Each day that passes confirms that the release on the more affected right side in the back, hip and leg is going to endure. The extra freedom of movement has definitely improved my tennis game. Eleanor is AMAZING. Sure, her massages are great, but Eleanor also taps into the emotional/spiritual side of things. Eleanors understanding of the energetic body in relation to the physical body was fascinating! She was able to get into all of the key areas of my hip, back and leg on my right side that has been giving me trouble for years, and as she massaged, gave me insights into energetic blockages I have been holding in my body in relation to my inner masculine. This has helped me process a lot of energy in the weeks following our session. Her invitation to see the pain I have been experiencing as a loving communication from my body and to listen to it instead of resist it has really shifted how I feel about my physical pain.
