Purchased a Maytag washer here that stopped spinning within 2 years. Called at least 4 times in 3 weeks to be repeatedly told they would be out in a few days to the first of the week. Never heard from them again. Took the washer to another repair shop to be told the transmission is gone. Over $500 for a repair. Needless to say it's scrap metal now. Will not be returning to this store for purchases anytime in the future.

Best customer service hands down. New washer dropped off and installed the same day as ordered (during a pandemic) Also had an issue with the washer that was promptly taken care of.If we had of went with a big box store we would still be waiting for a washer. Great group of guys all around!Nobody expects to have issues with new products, but it can happen and when it does you want people who will take care of it , these are the guys!

We bought a dishwasher from this place and it is no longer working. A YEAR ago, we first called to ask for a repair from the store. Over the course of the YEAR, we called 4 times to ask where this repair man was. They kept saying that It will probably be next week sometime because we are pretty busy". The outright lies from this store is embarrassing. Our business owns 4 houses that are in need of new appliances and we will certainly not be buying them from this store. You would think that a small

Very poor service for my elderly parents trying to get help with a broken part on their LaZBoy chair, still under warranty, purchased at this location. Have been dealing with poor service and lack of information from staff since September 2022, and no one will get back to them.
