We had Jared for number of years taking care of our business parking lot and surrounding areas. He was always prompt and delivered his services on time, well before we opened for the day, especially when there was heavy snowfall. I had Jared come out and provide quote for sidewalk and adding in rockwall to one side of the yard. I received the detailed quote back right away with exactly what we had discussed and had him do the job. His work was fantastic !! Time frame for completing the job was as mentioned. We were so lucky to have worked with Jared for the 3 years when we moved into our custom built home on our 5-acres. He provided us with lawn-care as well as snow removal services. Jared was very meticulous and took great pride in his work. When he cleared our snow, he was so careful not to scratch our brand new paved and interlocking patio stone driveway by lifting up his blade. He made sure that the snow was always neatly moved to an area that needed snow coverage for our perennial gardens. He hand-shovelled the steps and always made sure that the paths were wide. Jared never cuts corners. What we most appreciated about Jared was how he always went above and beyond. Both my husband and I are shift workers in the front line. He followed the weather closely and would always text us to ask if we had early shifts in the morning in the event that there may be blowing snow. He would then come in the middle of the night or extremely early in the morning to ensure that we can get out on time for our 6am shifts. Likewise, he would come late at night to ensure that we can get into our home safely or to our night shifts. There was a couple of occasions where we had unexpected snow drifts that blocked us in, Jared always answered his phone / texts promptly and would always come to our rescue. In the summers, when he mowed our lawn, he was always cognizant to trim around the trees with a weed whacker prior to cutting with the riding lawn mower. He was always careful to map out our underground irrigation system so not to damage any of the water sprinklers. Jared is a quiet and hard worker. We were so disappointed when he moved from the city as he provided us with the best professional service. We would highly recommend Jared!
