Jason and his team were a breath of fresh air! If the photos dont speak for themselves then the following review should cover the rest.From the beginning everything was positive. Jason showed up on time, communication was good, he had ideas and samples, the quote was thorough and it all happened in under a month. His team was detail oriented, thorough, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Our bathroom was gutted, everything was to replaced along with a new fan added and part of our main stack was also replaced - full bathroom renovation.We have no regrets and would recommend them to anyone. The team went above and beyond for us. We felt like they were working with us (not against us like previous contractors), they kept us in the loop with communication and the end result speaks for itself. When we did have questions they were always available to answer them even if it was on the weekend or after work.They made us feel like they cared about our project. We appreciated all the ideas, samples and photos from other jobs that helped us make decisions. Hybrid delivered what they promised - 10/10 would hire them again!Can't believe it's the same bathroom, it feels like a spa.

We hired Hybrid to redo both the bathrooms in our house and they did a fantastic job. Jason was very informative during the consultation process and was able to address all our concerns with the current bathroom.His crew came in and were very friendly, and worked hard. They were able to get both bathrooms completed in just under two weeks. They consulted with us throughout the project and gave great advice for placement of accessories and cabinets in the bathroom.I would definitely recommend Hybrid - they worked fast and did a fantastic job!

We were very apprehensive about our need to do not one, but two bathrooms. Our family of four, two adults and two teens, were stepping over each other to share our remaining ancient golden coloured tub/shower; the tiles surrounding it were shattered due to an unfortunate slip.We did our due diligence, asking three companies to give quotes on renovating our two bathrooms. Our intention was to create bathrooms so that we could age in place: one with a walk-in shower, the other with a walk-in tub.Jason from Hybrid provided our last quote. It was obvious from the start that he understood what we wanted and he guided and refined our vision, providing thoughtful options we hadn’t even considered. What really convinced us to choose Hybrid was the complete service they offered; other companies did not source parts of the project, such as flooring. It would be up to us to shop for these products on our own, which did not appeal to us. We had further consultation with Amanda, the designer, walking us through various paint colours and tub/shower surround choices.Once the project began, Hybrid carpenters, painter, and electrician completed both bathrooms in 10 working days. They began at 8:00am and worked non-stop until 5:00, cleaning up and vacuuming at day’s end. The team was always polite and responsive to us, and Jason and Amanda checked in frequently to make sure everything went smoothly.It is very evident that Hybrid takes great pride in the work they do. We are extremely pleased with our bathrooms, and we would highly recommend them for your bathroom renovations.

We are extremely pleased with our entire house renovations. The bathrooms are beautiful and the kitchen transformation is breathtaking and absolutely incredible. Jason Daum carefully selected the materials and layout for this very small space and hired skilled, respectful craftsmen to complete the job. Hybrid stuck with me through various infrastructure challenges in order to complete the work in a timely fashion. Courteous, organized and professional all the way! Highly recommend.

Underwent major exterior renovations this past fall, including insulation, siding, parging, roof extension, eaves, windows, doors and deck.Right from the start, Jason and his team were excellent to deal with. He was always on top of my questions and took great pride in his teams work. The craftsmanship was superb. Hybrid did a fabulous job replacing two showers in our house. They were very professional all the way through the process. Jason and Amanda were extremely helpful and the installers were top notch and finished ahead of schedule. We're very happy with the results and would/will use Hybrid in the future.

Hybrid completed a kitchen and main level renovation for us. From the initial consultation, through each stage of the project, Jason and his team were very professional and excellent to deal with. His team is highly skilled in their trades and do excellent work. Questions were answered promptly and Jason wasn't satisfied until he knew we were happy with all stages of the project.
