The management is very difficult to deal with, especially from a distance. Unwilling to respect un-necessary travel due to covid. Very un-professional especially for such a low end type rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere as management like this would definitely be a problem for any renter.

management is horrible to deal with and makes assumptions before having a real conversation. Very hard to get ahold of between regular working hours. Do not recommend.

Tell #122 to turn their music down.There is stains on all the floors, it smells, is dirty and loud. Crackhead welfare bums and slumlords.

I agree with previous review that management makes assumptions instead of asking relevant questions. No one likes to be accused of something they aren’t doing. There are too many restrictions to rent from this management company. It’s a very old building. I mind my own business I just wish management and others would as well. I know a couple of nice people in here.
