I'm almost certain these sales are not on commission because there is nothing welcoming about the sraff. It's like going to a MTO or service Ontario where the public servant doesn't want to see you. I now buy stuff from online to avoid coming here.

Love the product but no customer service!! Shopped on 04/14/19 at 11:35 and according to my receipt I was advised by .....did not happen. I will now order online.

I had a very pleasant visit, the person who assist me a French lady was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable.Also in view of the COVID this place made me feel very safe, cleaning after each customer...I don’t understand all this bad review it’s totally unreliable.

Always enjoy to stop at the masonville location, they remember me each time and always propose me new product to try out.It's really a happy place for me.

I went to this store to buy an anniversary gift for my wife, and I had a wonderful experience.All their products are natural and their perfumes dont have that alcohol" after scent that so many name brands have. Just natural floral scents. They have lots of bath and body care products

I love L’occitane products but after the customer service I received today 06/05/19 - 5:08 (CLEMA) I will do all my future purchases on line.The woman who first assisted me was wonderful. I believe she was in training with what occurred at the till. I was there to return two items I had purchased on line. I was advised by customer service to do so and reorder for the gift with purchase. The woman at the counter was so put off by this. She explained to me that this screws things up for her in the store and that I could have just bought the product in store since she has the same item offered. It was so off putting. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store shopping.I enjoy shopping but this experience in this store location did it for me. I will not be returning. I hope the woman in training stays on, I feel like she could teach her trainer a thing or two about customer service.

My family and I went into the store this past weekend. The store has just four of us. The other stores we went into, the staff all acknowledge our existence. The staff didn’t bother to say hello or tell us what promotions that were going on. The two sales staff was fixated on their own conversation and they completely ignored my family and I. I was interested in one of their Rose liquid soap they had on sale. The staff was busy chatting in the other ends of the store and never came to check up on us. I didn’t end up buying anything in the end.
