Came highly recommended by a neighbor. Did an awesome job. Roof looks amazing. All staff from their office to installers to service techs were great to deal with. Friendly and professional.

We had Nathan come out to inspect our roof and I was very impressed with how he represented the company. He was friendly, straight forward and honest about the situation and even went the extra mile to investigate the issue further so we knew exactly how to proceed. He also made a small repair for us on sight! Within minutes he presented us with a quote and emailed us the quote and photos he had taken as well. Update: owner calling this 'fake' - very professional. Have Dean return my calls.Do not recommend - spend your money elsewhere. Poor communicators - show up without notice, leave the job site without notice, don't return phone calls .Low quality work - installed siding without regard for existing light fixtures. Need the job re-done as now the light is not centered over the ribs of the siding.

Chad was awesome! The roof repairing work was originally scheduled for this morning but unfortunately it was impossible to proceed due to the rain. Chad is very friendly and thinks for the customer, he did his best returning in the afternoon to complete the job, I am very appreciated. He did a great job on the roof for a very reasonable price. So happy and grateful to Roof Pro Plus - highly recommend!

Dean, salesperson was quick to follow up on our inquiry. The appointment was set up right away, a quote was provided by the end of the visit. Calls and emails were followed up on very timely. Roof Pro Plus uses good quality Owen’s Corning Duration shingles, all the other roof materials were also good quality. The quote was much lower than a competitor from the same area using the same materials. The work crew were strong and hardworking; they did a great job! We used Roof Pro Plus on a condo corporation I manage. I have heard nothing but good things form the owners as to their professionalism and how clean and quick they were with their work. We had all of the attic insulation upgraded and the project went very smooth and everything was on time, if not early. I would highly recommend using this company and look forward to further projects with them going forward.

When a tornado came through our town, we had storm damage. Of the half dozen companies we called, Roof Pro Plus was the only one who responded and did the emergency repairs. They didn’t inflate prices or try to tell us the whole roof needed replacing. So when it did come time to get a new roof, they were one of the first places we called. They contacted us quickly, gave an appropriate bid, got the job done quickly, and sent reps to check all was cleaned up well. Their crew were pleasant, professional and polite. Great representatives for the company!

The experience was not a good one on all fronts.. This company was sub contracted by Art's Aluminum - who on the exact day of job completion send a text demanding payment. Art failed to tell Roof Pro that part or all of the garage roof plywood would need to be replaced as Art and I discussed a previous quote and information: Roof Pro did not come out personally to check the job (only went by Art's measurement). As a result the day before starting the cost of the job was increased by 4k. As it was a joint job between neighbours we had to go along. They did not finish both sides equally and had to have them finish our side and then it leaked right away. Had to come back and do a patch job. Finally I had to contact about their Written Guarantee" on all jobs as stated on their website. Told that the 10yr guarantee does not apply to flat roofs

I was very impressed with this company. From the office, timely return calls, and the estimate gentleman Todd, all were top notch.. The crew showed up as expected and completed the job in a timely fashion. The crew of 3 men, were polite, pleasant, and answered any of my questions.. My eaves are perfect.
