Terrible operation. Zero customer service hands down the worst rental I've ever done. I was told Tuesday drop off and Friday pick up. I cleaned out my garage for a party I'm having on Sunday with 100 people. The bin still is sitting on my drive way blocking the entrance to my backyard and taking up 2 full parking spots. I've left numerous voice mails and have got no response.I would NEVER rent from this company again they truly do not care about there customers.

Wish I would have read the previous review. Have been calling, emailing an sent a fb message for a week now and have had no responses. 1888 number does not work, 532 number goes straight to voicemail. My bin is still sitting in my driveway after 3 weeks

Kelly was the most amazing she has incredible customer service. We booked the dumpster it was dropped off on Fri. The guy that was dropping it made it work in the laneway where I wanted it. Then it was picked up today. I recommend this company to anyone very professional. I will 100% use you guys again in the future and tell people if they are looking for a dumpster call Junk Chasers.

We rented a dumpster from JC Dumpster to clean out my father in laws house. The new owner went above and beyond for me to make sure their service fit my needs, it was my first time renting so I wasn't sure what I would need! It was delivered in a prompt manner and picked up accordingly. The communication was professional and friendly.

Rented a bin last minute to clean my backyard in Thorndale before a 50 person celebration. No other company could get me one on such short notice but they came through. When I questioned the lady driving the truck about the other reviews she told me that they were recently bought and that they were now ran by new owners and that they're going to be focusing more on the customer service aspects of everything. Overall great experience and friendly driver!
