Great experience here. Had a problem with charging part of my iPad and the employee quickly fixed the problem (something stuck in charge port) and all done free of charge. Pleasant, quick service. Will go there again.

Awesome service and excellent staff with good knowledge and provides tips, advices and support. I went in store for Boxing Day, a super busy day but Rohit & his colleagues were super helpful. Will never visit any other store for buying a phone or any accessories. They do have tons of options for accessories and went above & beyond to help me get a new phone as well as accessories for it. Amazing service! We brought a locked cell from another provider and the authorized apple person was so helpful and kind. We made five separate calls to Apple customer service and they were no help. Went to my provider (Rogers) and they were also no help, BUT THESE GUYS DID IT!! Saved our phone and made my whole week! Can’t say enough about how awesome they were! Thank you!!!!

Wonderful service! I brought my phone in due to damage and they were able to offer a very affordable price as well as a temporary phone for the time being! In my opinion the company went above and beyond. I was very happy with my experience.

Incredible customer service! I’ve been going here for probably close to a decade whenever I need a new phone. They always make sure you get the best deal and they offer lots of in-store credit so I’ve never paid for a phone case or accessories. Natasha is wonderful, spent hours with me and my partner last time we needed to upgrade.

I went into Wireless Wave at Hillside Mall today to upgrade my device and small business cellphone plan on one of their busiest days of the year (Black Friday). I want to personally thank Natasha for her excellent service - she went above and beyond for me. She spoke with my cellular provider’s loyalty/retention hotline and managed to secure an excellent deal. She was a very clear communicator, extremely friendly, and professional. Furthermore, I was privy to a variety of customers - some of whom were less-than-affable - and Natasha handled all of the customers gracefully and with courtesy. I went to the store in a panic my brand new iPhone froze. I’m not from Victoria… I’d already called telus and went to their store and was told they couldn’t help me . I was in Victoria for training and needed my phone one for directions to get places and two for communicating with the group I was training with. The guys at wireless squeezed me in right before they were off and made sure I left with a working phone. They had to replace the entire screen to get it to work. Impeccable service I can’t say enough good things about the guys at this location. So grateful ! Thank you for saving me.

I got an aweful experience at this shop. Be aware their promotion.I saw their promotion 15 GB data with $50/month. They review my job and etc. and verified that i was for this promotion. They took me there for approx. an hour and increased monthly payment with same plan.They wasted my time.They should told me that they could not provide promotion from the beginning.
