Worst SC ever. Had several orders messed up or just a cold. System shows incorrect product availability information. Closed on new years.With their setup, it won't let me order from another store, so stuck with the screwed up location or no swiss. Leaning towards option two.

The location on Carlaw is not Dine in, as I indicated on web page. My husband and I walked there for a nice sit down dinner, but we couldn't. We went I side and the person working said it was only take out. So we walked over to Tim's and ate there.

Ugh. We’re a fan of Swiss chalet and order from time to time, but anything that comes from this location is inedible. As a result we go out for our way to go to another location or not even bother.The food the often overlooked and dry. The packaging is messy and food is all over the place.

Ordered food here for take out and they forgot half of my order. Quality was terrible, burnt chicken, over cooked spring rolls, raw fries. My son absolutely loves this franchise - it is sad to see a Swiss Chalet so poorly managed. Had multiple staff (previous workers) tell me that the manager here is extremely corrupt. Constantly tries to undercut customers for food, does not follow any franchise standards.

NOT A REAL SWISS CHALET. MISSING 2/3 OF MY ORDER.REFUSING TO ISSUE REFUND FOR MISSING ITEMS AND INEDIBLE FOOD. I WILL NEVER GO TO OR ORDER SWISS CHALET AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION. edit: finally got refund after 2 weeks and multiple calls with management

delivery driver (Hosain Ghabrai) that delivered on August 14 at 8:30PM was VERY rude. Left our food downstairs when I specifically requested for him to come up as we cannot leave our apartment because we have COVID. He called saying he left the food on the 5th floor and i asked that he speak to the concierge as they will let him go up. He left our food downstairs. How did he expect us to pick up when we’re quarantined and locked up in our unit? Also, he was INCREDIBLY rude on the phone, hung up on me a couple of times!!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!! Driver should be fired.

Ordered a half chicken and ribs combo for take out and it was missing the entire chicken and 2/4 sides...called them to check up on it and it seemed like they didn't even care, eventually got the missing food delivered 2 hours later.... and again they forgot the sauce for the chicken...quality was extremely poor compared to other swiss chalet - undercooked fries (almost raw) and bread was hard as a rock. You can tell the manager really cares about their customers here. Oh and as a bonus, if you order here you also get free food poisoning!

The location didn’t have my order ready at the time of pickup. They even called me ahead to confirm the time and it still wasn’t ready. When I arrived they told me they ran out of an item and tried to substitute it with something that was half the cost and from a different restaurant. Asked for a refund and told it would take 3-5 business days. Total time of 45 minutes to get my takeout order ready. I would stay clear of this location, even if it is the closest.
