No matter how many times delete your account on google to remove my review of how you conduct business. I will still keep leaving my review. Scott Lowater was trying to force us out of our rental so he could post a property. Then continued to be very rude to my wife and I. Right in the middle of her recovery from surgery. He got his wish! We were so sick of him booking multiple viewings a day and then not let us know if they canceled. In the middle of COVID and her recovery. Thanks Scott for being so inconsiderate of us and our family! 3 months ahead on rent with the landlord and our lease wasn’t even up!

I all reality you use an agent not a company. I has used Bart krogman for many transactions in the past and will use him again. It does not matter which company he works for I will follow him. He is Willing to present all offers I write and all all offers I receive that in itself is rare. He has showed many many homes in the class of home I am wanting to buy. Bart is layed back but is all business when the money is on the table. When an offer is made everything is done in his power to complete the deal. He is everything you could ask of an agent. My home just closed yesterday, and I wanted to say a huge, and I mean HUGE, thank you to Allen Clewes for the immensity of the amount of work he did to have my home sold.I haven't even been to Lethbridge since long before the home sold, and renters wound up leaving it trashed, soot all over the place, garbage propane tanks and rusted out barbecue and plus all my old junk, he took care of everything by hand himself with the help of his wife. I actually bought it from him six years ago for an incredibly fair price then he sold it for me for way more money.I really wish I could give more stars. Fantastic man, fantastic customer service, handled all the legal and his brother actually redid the cabinetry for me for a song.Thank you :))Get him to sell your house or buy your own, seriously

Excellent service from start to finish. We interviewed the team when we were looking to sell. They provided us with a designer for a free consult on staging. When we signed the contract to sell they were on it immediately. They had showings within hours of placing it on the market and we had a signed offer within 24 hours. Great professionalism and great team. Justin and Nathan were everything you could look for in a real estate team. Keep it up guys, would recommend you to anyone. Buying or Selling.

Bart was very busy but always kept me informed about happenings with the sale of my house. He had a nice list ready, of places for me to view for the purchase of a my home. He was always on time too. I just felt confident throughout the whole process. I am never moving again but would recommend Bart to anyone.
