Absolutely the worst! A week and a half ago I call due to issue with my modem. They send me to the loyalty rep and upgrade me to Fiber 300 with the wifi6 router. It was to be delivered last week. It hasn’t arrived. No phone call no email nothing. I finally call and they tell me they don’t have it anymore and a tech will need to come and install boosters all over my house. FOH. I also have a mobile phone with them and the only way I get service in my area is via wifi. Total clown show. WillBe moving providers.

There is a guy that works there (April 4, 2022) with a beard and is as useless as they come. Does the bare minimum, at best, and lacks any client care skills. It is easy to blame Telus as a company for this, but this is a people problem. I would just avoid this store and hope it goes out of business soon.

Can't enter store, and they don't pick upthe phone, ring doorbell won't even acknowledge I existed. Lady inside didnt even look up, just sat at her desk. Thought mabye she was busy and left, came back and Stood outside for 15 minutes with my pregnant wife and they didnt even try and give us a time estimate, or communicate at all. Just like before didnt even look up, rang doorbell attempted to call. No answer. Like why even bother having a business if you won't let customers in? Or give them a estimate to get in? Makes no sense to me. Came back 3 times in total trying to get in to replace my phone. Went to crossiorn telus store instead . This store is pointless.

All I’m trying to do is bringing back my phone at the end of my contract.The first time, the very nice but very incompetent lady told me to go to the Telus store at Crossiron so I could get more help. I did and got more help and this time the correct information about returning my phone. (and spent more gas).The second time, this morning, same very nice but very incompetent lady. Exact same story. I’ll have to go to the Telus store at the mall again because she said she can’t help.So I don’t really see the point of having a store in Airdrie if they can’t do any of the basic transactions…This is really annoying to have to drive in the winter and spend extra gas.

Today we bought 2 new phones and had an excellent experience. Tyler was fantastic to deal with. He quickly brought us up to date with new I phones and a quick crash course on how to use them. Thanks so much to Tyler and the Phone Experts staff.

Absolutely the worst store and customer service. They make you wait outside because they think you might steal stuff as it says on the sign. There are no models in the store. They make each client wait outside out of fear of Covid and theft. If you can’t trust clients that you are doing business with then you should not be open. They ignored the doorbell and they would not even acknowledge our presence. We will never be back to this store and use to be long term clients. The text I received was they are short staffed. There was two people in the store and one staff member as not helping anyone.

I had an employee go above and beyond today and I forgot to get his name. But he helped get my new phone quickly when I came in like a crazy lady trying to get things done quickly while with a young baby and wanting to get back before my other child is out of school. He got my new phone organized, with a new SIM card, screen protector and case and explained how to set up my new phone at home. He did all of this when he was supposed to be going on his lunch break! I can’t thank him enough and I am always so happy with the experiences I have at this location. I will always recommend my friends and family going here when needing help! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I waited outside for 30 minutes but because I don’t have a cell phone I lost my spot in the queue therefore when they came to the door for a FedEx package they told me I’ll be have to wait in line and I’m still gonna be an hour this is the treatment I get after being with Telus for 15+ years. my cell phone was smashed today at work and everyone that came up after me Colin got their spot in line and they wouldn’t help. I have a business I recommend anybody with a business do not go here and deal with Telus they barely have coverage and half of Airdrie as it is and it’s been like this for 6/7 years
