Great company to deal with. A pipe burst in our house and they were able to come see it very quickly. The plumber who came to fix the pipe was very professional and nice enough to answer all my questions about preventing the same issue from happening in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a plumbing emergency today (big rain day, plumbing backing up in our downstairs shower) and City Wide was at our house within 15 minutes. Chris quickly assessed and figured out what was wrong, also went above and beyond and fixed my Sump pump for me when he noticed it wasn’t connected properly so that it wouldn’t cause any issues. He kept me posted as he worked of what he was finding and how he was going to repair it. I would highly recommend City Wide Plumbing. Professional, courteous, and quick serviceHad an issue in a previous house about 5 years ago,with rotten pipes under the basement slab (older home) Pierre was the plumber that time, and It was the same experience. Very satisfied with City Wide Plumbing! Professional, prompt service. Because of Covid, wore a mask before ringing the doorbell, removed his boots immediately, right away, figured out where the leak was coming from under my kitchen sink and had the part in his truck to replace it. Told him I had loose taps and he said there was a plate he could put underneath to secure it in place. I didn't realize this could even be done! He went to the hardware store and returned right away with a metal plate which he installed under the taps, to stabilize them. I thought the counter top would have to be replaced so this solution was very welcomed. Totally recommend this business! So grateful.

Pierre Lapointe and his team are amazing. Fourth time I have called these guys in the last two years and they have always had my back. I have never met a more professional group of people who take such pride in their work. Always leave the work site cleaner than they found it.
