Dangerously over priced products.And poor service for information regarding proper products. They leave you on your own without checking if all the right services are properly delivered.One star only because the door was open. If they had competition I would go to the next company. Vermeer is a bad service company. Most arborists agree 100%!

Purchased OEM replacement bearings for a BC1400 on the Drum… too bad you can’t share pics… the Shute cover won’t fit with “new” bearings…. Different manufacturer then original…. Yet Vermeer never mentions anything about this? Spent an extra 4 hours making it fit! So now who do I charge? Who’s fault is it for this incompetence?!? NOT HAPPY!
