I came in tuesday night and the larger, older woman made me so uncomfortable. She sat silently behind the till, and didn't offer any help. I came in today, and spoke with the manager and had a completely different experience! It was the BEST experience i ever had. She was very helpful!

I love coming to this location! The associates who helped me when I came in were EXTREMELY welcoming and incredibly informative after explaining to them a negative experience I had at another shop buying toys. Helped me with my toy searching and went a step further that made me feel super comfortable while talking about it. Absolutely my go to place now for all my needs in part of very welcoming and open service!

The staff are super welcoming and supported me with my purchase. But when I got home the product literally says do not ingest. When I called to ask the person on the phone was super aggressive and said all there staff are properly trained and that no one forced me to buy the product. I just ended the call because it was only $30. Go to the one on 50th street.

Amazing place!!! The staff here are so friendly and well educated. My fiancé and I had never bought in store, only online, and were quite nervous entering. The staff helped us find everything we were looking for and answered all our questions and more!
