Halloween alley. There staff amazing very helpful. Lots of selection if nice costumes. My daughter and I felt really at ease. Thank you so much for your awesome smiles and pleasant experience.

Very disappointed with the service this Halloween store provided to me and my friends today. We were treated rudely by staff the moment we walked into the store. We were accused from a male staff member that we were making a mess around the store while looking for our costume. The lady in charge of the fitting room seemed to be annoyed with us repeatedly trying on costumes to find out what we wanted to buy. Sorry but if you are retail store you should learn proper costumer service and educate yourself. It is YOUR job to tidy your store and make sure you give the best service possible not stand around and look pretty. At the end of the day this doesn't effect us but your business. You missed out on 200$ sale and I don't plan to recommend you to any of my friends or family in the future.

Staff is too pushy when you first walk in and then disappear as soon as you need help. Calling is useless. We don't know

I went in just to browse, but then I found their half off halloween decorations. I was able to find some really interesting peices, but my favorite was an inflatible cauldron. It was very large and is perfect for holding all the halloween candy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and very patient with my son who likes to create havoc. All in all, it was a great experience.
