I have been seeing Kristen for several years. I constantly get compliments on my hair and there is no one else I've ever seen before that can give me the amazing blonde colour I want while keeping the integrity of my hair. Kristen listens to her clients wants while giving honest feedback to get the best outcome possible! She is the best stylist I have ever been to!

Oh where to start! I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kristen because I was gifted an amazing silent auction item that Kristen donated. Kristen is not only incredibly kind and warm hearted…but she is an amazing stylist! My hair has been neglected and she brightened it up and made it look amazing! I literally took a selfie when I got to my car…and I am not a selfie person at all. Haha. I highly recommend Kristen for anyone looking for perfect movie star hair. ❤️

I've been looking for a new hairstylist for about 2 years. I luckily stumbled upon Lighten Up Blonding on my Instagram explore page and decided to roll the dice and book an appointment. To say that I'm happy with my hair is an absolute understatement. Kristen was so lovely and fun, and achieved exactly what I asked her for. I have extremely thick hair and am often at the salon for upwards of 4 hours, but Kristen worked quickly and even styled my hair beautifully. I've definitely found my hairstylist for life!

Kristen is one of the best stylists I’ve ever had. I have very curly and dry hair and also have scalp psoriasis. Kristen consistently hits the mark on all my ideas or thrill of the day. She gives me solid advice, always finds ways to help with my psoriasis and I always leave feeling and looking like a million dollars. She’s also rocking an insane sense of humour and down to earth personality. The passion she has for her craft is absolutely second to none. I trust her completely and anyone looking for a new stylist needs to see her.

I happened upon Kristen by chance, and wow was I lucky! She has been the ONLY person to highlight/cut my hair that I have been thrilled with. You can’t help but take a selfie the second you get in the car after a cut/highlight with her. Very professional, knowledgeable and good at what she does, and it doesn’t hurt that there’s good banter while she works her magic on my hair! 11/10 recommend!

Kristen is nothing less the amazing!! I've been seeing her for almost 2 years and she never disappoints. I took my 15 y/o to her for the first time last month. Her hair was really damaged from the flat iron and hair dyer so Kristen gave her a few tips and tricks and now she loves showing me how much healthier her hair feels :)
