Alan built an addition to our older home that transformed our living space and overall experience for the home. We extended from the kitchen and the basement and opened up the main floor, bringing in more light. His unique approaches and use of space -- including finding more ceiling space and discrete storage, updated the whole home with a contemporary vibe. Alan met deadlines and budgets and was adept at troubleshooting, solving any problems as they arose (we ended up needing a new roof).Alan's work has extended how long we plan to stay in our home and has increased our enjoyment of the space. And it has most certainly added value to our home.

I was fortunate to work with Alan in 2020 on a few small scale improvements to a house. Everything went smoothly and I felt it was painless ( compared to other experiences). I especially appreciated Alan's anticipation of issues and attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Though my project was small, it was not without complexities. I think he would be an excellent contractor for a larger scale project than mine.
