Wanted to complain about a driver who doesn't know how to drive. I was driving on Ninth Line toward Georgetown around 5:30 PM, and for whatever reason, the driver wouldn't let me pass him considering he was impeding the traffic, going under the speed limit. He was adamant on holding the middle of the road preventing me to pass him. I have dashcam footage of this incident that I can share. I have reported this to the local police as well. License Plate 218 9NN on November 23
