EXCELLENT! EVERY aspect of our experience was terrific. Making our appointment online was a breeze. It was confirmed with a phone call and details were provided in less than an hour after I submitted my request. Joel, our salesman, was genuine and honest. He provided details about the carpeting itself, explained the differences in quality and price and then worked to be sure we're got the best price possible. When our installers, Amador and Diego, came out, they were RIGHT ON TIME. They were very attentive to detail, worked quickly, but took plenty of time to be sure the job was done well. Before they left, they cleaned up and made sure we had no further questions. They next day, we received a follow- up call to be sure we were satisfied. I would rehire these guys in a blink.

I never thought I would type a bad review about a company. My husband and I are pretty easy people to please. Let me start by saying we had basement carpet installed, and after the installer left we noticed ripples in the carpet, about 20 ripples. We called the next day and they told us they would send someone out in a few days. 4 days later they came. 3 days after that the installer came back pulled up the carpet and put more glue down. Still have ripples in the carpet and already pulling apart at the seam. Not satisfied with the installation process. When you spend a good amount of money that you save you would hope that the job would be done right. Not the case here.

We have just placed our second order with The Carpet Guys. We first used their services about 5 years ago. At the time, I wrote them and said, I will never buy carpet from anyone else." I meant it! Lisa G. was our representative this time. She came out to the house

Update- I added a few stars. Rick the manager called and handled the situation well. He offered a partial refund and worked towards a resolution. The difference with other floor companies I used in the past is carpet guys management actually actively works towards keeping their good imagine.Great the first two times I used carpet guys but now I won’t be using them a 4th time. If it weren’t for how great the installers are, I would have told Carpet Guys to get lost yesterday.What was supposed to be a one day installation turned into a two week delay and now four day’s without a floor in my kitchen. The new floor was supposed to go over the old floor but someone goofed up. They had to tear up my old floor, and while I appreciate that they covered the cost, I would have never gone through with it knowing that other issues could be found.Of course, other issues were found and I have to go two extra days because the installers have other jobs....let me repeat that...I have to spend two extra days without a usable kitchen (total of four days) with two little kids, dogs and a family because carpet guys has to make money elsewhere. The installers really want to finish sooner, but the corporation needs revenue which they lost on my project by screwing up (and now future projects).Little attempt or care from the corporate office to hear out my issues...Once again, installers were great...actually were the ones that took time and showed some kind of sympathy on what was going on.

As far as quality of work and office staff goes, The Carpet Guys were really great. HOWEVER, the men they sent to install our carpet definitely lacked professionalism, and really just common courtesy. I would highly recommend them being mindful of what they say. You never know who speaks Spanish. That unprofessionalism was disappointing. At least the quality of work was good.

Well our carpet has been installed and it looks great!! From the process of picking a carpet in our home, to getting a competitive price, the experience has been great. They even revised their price to beat another quote (similar carpet but only a 6 lb pad).Installation: Mauricio Rene Carlos Jesse's crew were on very good!! They were courteous, respectful and very hard working! They made sure that the seams were good and that the carpet was professionally installed. They cleaned up the rooms, replaced moved furniture and made sure that we were satisfied. These guys are GOOD!! I highly recommend the installers & The Carpet Guys!!Satisfied Customer!!

We had carpet installed on Saturday and the experience was great. Tony, Jose and Edgar were wonderful; arrived on-time, did a great job moving furniture and the actual installation is top notch. Our stairs have never looked so good! They were fun and made the entire experience really easy and enjoyable. The carpet and padding combo picked is sooooo nice! We couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommend using the carpet guys and definitely recommend our installers!

Overall a really good experience! Brian D. was our salesman, he was great to work with. Jose G. was our installer. He was nice enough to let us know that we needed to paint the bottom of our trim and offered to come back the same day to install the carpet.

I used The Carpet Guys about 7-8 years ago to install carpet in my basement. Had a great experience then. The installers I had today were not at all the same level of professionalism. It is nearly midnight and this job was completed about 2 hours ago. This time I had carpet replaced throughout the entire house. The salesman was fine. The installers were not. For what it’s worth, I do not leave bad reviews and I respect good work. This morning I had breakfast waiting for the crew upon their arrival. I also gave them a generous tip to take care of lunch and dinner for them. When I went to the truck to talk to the installers, it smelled strongly of marijuana. First red flag. After the job was done, the carpet is ok - not great. One of the steps is loose already. Ceramic tile by my fireplace was damaged (cracked) and needs to be replaced. My desk got nicked up and will have to be fixed. This house was left a mess. I picked up 8-9 bottles of water and pop left laying on the NEW carpet in multiple rooms. A pizza box was left on top of a BRAND NEW area rug I bought to accent my new carpet. Half of my floor registers are gone - no idea where they went. For a $12k job, I expected a little more care with my furniture, a little more class in cleaning up after yourselves, and a higher level of professionalism. After this experience, I would never have chosen to do this for the expense involved and the quality received.
