Every time I'm in Victoria I try to pop in to this wonderful store. My niece wears their clothes and every time I saw her in one of their creations I would comment on how nice the clothes look. Then she told me that all their products are made using repurposed fabric and so I decided to go check them out. Well, I can tell you I wasn't disappointed, charming little store, wonderful staff, great products that are environmentally friendly, what more could you ask for? We need more companies like this!

Its long overdue that I put up a review for these guys as I seem to live in their clothes.I just bought the new Metchosin Coat and its the best piece of clothing I own.Big thanks to Mico @ Whistle Buoy for pointing me their way and letting me know about the epic deals that they have going on! He's always totally on the ball!

This store is a really great layout with everything accessible and easy to see. It makes shopping a zen experience and not overwhelming like many stores. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the product and very patient with indecisive shoppers like myself :P Endo puppy kept my kids happy while I searched for and found a great jacket for my partner. It was a huge win and great find. So glad I visited this store and will be a returning customer to this brand! It’s great quality and perfect styles that will be timeless.

Wonderful experience buying The Berlino Wool today. I was greeted immediately and told about the product. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate! They even steamed my shirt so there were no creases in them as i mentioned i wanted to wear it right away. Great customer service. The reviews were right!

I take note of sustainability in business practices and love that it’s a Canadian company. It’s evident that this company considers its impact on the environment by using recycled materials and minimal dyes. However, I did notice that there are micro-plastics used, like polyester, in the makeup of some items and curious about why it’s included.

Have bought the cotton shirt for my son and Melton wool shirt for daughter. Both are beautiful and well made. Did need to exchange a size and that was expedited. Wonderful to support an eco friendly company!

It's really true, as I wear them they get better as do I. I grew up in Utah but we recently made our dreams come true by purchasing a home in Skagit Co. Washington. I'm new to the PNW but it's like coming home to a place I remember. These clothes are so flattering to the wholeness of this unique place in the world and have been one of my favorite 'neighbors' and 'guides' helping me to get to know this place for all the magic that brought me here, keeps me here, and is seeping deeper and deeper into my heart and bones. When I am away, here in Utah, wearing the clothes helps keep that connection as a companion throughout my day. Thanks for being a great partner in un-doing, re-memebering re-connecting to the enjoyment of land and life.Please thank your whole team for upholding this inspired vision. I cant wait for the old clothes to get better with age, and the new ones to be born.

Consistently great, whether ordering online or buying in store. The website has exact measurements if you’re in any doubt. In store the staff are friendly and helpful. At the Victoria store you will even run into their star employee , an incredibly chill and friendly pooch. I now have a Modern Melton, a Painter’s Coat and two twill shirts and I wear them on repeat. My husband has several pieces as well.

Been coming to this store for a few years now. Very high quality clothes (in a world where that doesn't often exist). Always nice staff. Would give 6 stars.

Great clothing, good business practices and friendly/helpful staff. Articles are expensive, but high quality and durable. Watch for seasonal sales!
