Says it's open. But not available. Needed emergency service!!

We had Al pump our septic. I highly recommend this service. Al is thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Al told us things about our septic system that other septic services we have used in the past never told us that could have led to serious problems. Thanks so much!

I phoned this business today around 2ish to get my septic pumped. Was told it was too late in the day to pump as there was no place for them to dump the load. Was told they'd phone around to see if there was a place for them to dump it. They phoned me back within 10 minutes and said they'd be here within a half hour. AND THEY WERE! I'd recommend them 100%!!!!!!!

I’ve never used Armstrong before but was thinking I had a clog in my septic waste drain pipe. I saw Al was recommended by locals and gave him a call on a Sunday. Al listened to what was going on and was so helpful and walked me through how to clear it up and stayed on the phone with me while we got things moving. Even offered to look at pics that I could text him because we had the tank open. You have a new customer for life, thank you so much for helping us!

Holiday Weekend and septic problems. Answered my call and came quickly. Owner/ operator was terrific.

Recently had our floor drain in the basement back up with sewage and of course it happened on the weekend. Called numerous pumping services but naturally many went to voicemail which was understandable. I was thrilled when Armstrong picked up the phone. While he wasn’t able to come out he guided me to finding the correct lid in the septic tank to open, inspect, and with some pics successfully locate and clear the inlet pipe that came from the house! I can’t express my thanks enough. I offered a payment and he declined, just said to spread the word to anyone looking for pumping services. Talk about exceptional customer service! Businesses like this are a rarity these days as we have all experienced. Can’t say enough good things about Armstrong. Thank you.
