We love Alpine 24/7 Pet Hospital! From the moment we step in the door, everyone is so kind, patient and understanding. We have been here for a few different issues with our dog and are always seen quickly and are given high quality care. I highly recommend this vet!

The place no one wants to have to take their pet... if you need however, you couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to deal with. Very compassionate and thorough. We've had to use them twice this year, and they have been fantastic each visit. Definitely the best emergency vet clinic in the city, and I think they are also a bit cheaper than the others.

Wow is all I have to say. Woke up early with my dog not well at all. Reception was so friendly and very knowledgeable on what was going on and got us in right away. We arrived and they took such good care of both of us. The dr even took time to explain the X-rays to me. I’m a very happy with this vet and would recommend to any pet owners. Thanks so much for everything.

I can't recommend this pet hospital enough!Last week, we took our cat here for emergency surgery and they were able to admit him right away. The staff were friendly and really made us feel like they cared about our cat. They called him by name and everyone kept telling us what a cute little guy he was! I loved that his aftercare instructions made personal comments about him and used his name throughout - those thoughtful details are very much reflective of their service.In addition, the staff were communicative and provided us with lots of updates about our pet. The vet phoned us the night of his surgery and gave us a lengthy rundown of the operation. She also let us know who the doctors would be overnight, and in the morning, in case we had any questions. By the time we picked our cat up the next day, he was already looking so much better! I would feel completely comfortable leaving any of our pets in their care again.Lastly, the price was very reasonable. Given all they had to do for our cat (he had a dislocated jaw requiring surgery, putting him under, medications, etc.), we thought the bill was going to be substantially higher. They also continually updated us with estimates on costs, which meant we weren't surprised when we received the total.Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cat! One week later and he is pretty much back to normal :)

I had to take my cat in for an emergency after she injured herself. Every staff member I dealt with was super pleasant, and we were in and out within a very reasonable time. The care of the staff here is unmatched, I’ve been to a handful of vets around the city and I can’t think of a better place than this one to bring my fur babe. Would give 10/5 stars if I could.

My sweet pitty girl had to get a big tooth extracted last week, so we brought her in. The front staff are unbelievably kind and easy to talk to, especially Alicia. Kaitlan, one of the vet technicians, has also been amazing. She has guided me through every little step and complication and ensured my dog received the best care through her current recovery.Thank you to the vetinarians who treated my girl as well, Dr. Mark & Dr. Wendy were very thorough and caring.Would highly recommend just on customer service alone!Thanks for all you do!

I cannot give enough praise to this vet clinic!! We had to take both our dogs Lily and Harley for an emergency visit a few days apart unfortunately… and both experiences were phenomenal!! Both vets we saw were amazing and so understanding and very kind! They explained everything in easy terms to understand and took amazing care of both our dogs! The receptionists were amazing in the clinic and over the phone! We are very pleased! Thanks Alpine for taking great care of our 4 legged children!

I brought my 12.5 yr old dog in last night and we were treated so wonderfully, we called prior to and they walked us through what it could be. We were brought in immediately once we arrived and they were very accommodating and didn’t recommend any additional testing until we see how she recovers from the initial diagnosis!Thank you for being so great. We will definitely be back.

We took our reactive dog in with an emergency cough. When we called, reception was very calm and informative. We expected that the cough was a heart problem, they gave our dog an x-ray and ultrasound. They found that he had blood in his lungs due to a ruptured tumour so we decided to say goodbye. It was extremely sad but Alpine was compassionate. Our dog was reactive and scared of people he didn't know. We were able to stay with him and comfort him through the whole process. For over 6 hours, he was never taken away. This brought us and him comfort and were very thankful.
