Costco Wholesale

Was at the customer service desk today helping my father renew his membership. He is hard of hearing so I am usually the go between. The woman at the counter was trying to talk him into keeping an expensive membership that neither he nor my mother wanted. I tried to explain what they wanted but she told me I was rude for speaking on behalf of my dad and told me to go away. Not the best 'customer service'.

What we really like besides the selection is the fact that there are NO STEPS!! That makes a huge difference for those of us with mobility issues. Also, generous parking spaces are so nice. You have got to love the rotisserie chicken and the lunch counter. Best deals in town.

You can find anything you need here. Tires, painkillers, grocery, kitchen ware, literally anything. Usually it's pretty busy so I reccomend going in the morning. Also the hotdogs are awesome!

This food court shop has the slowest crew in Canada. these guys are just sleeping. sleepy flies move faster! expecting a hot dog for more than half an hour is a record!

Lethbridge Costco is the best place to get groceries and other stuff for the family and home.

Costco has started enforcing a membership to go to the food court. I'm not paying 60 bucks just to have the ability to buy some poutine. I was thinking about buying a membership today, but I couldn't even look at what they sell in store to see if its even worth it for me. Yes, I know there is a website, but it is a completely different experience. I'm not impressed with this change, and I have lost all interest in buying a membership.

Great variety, prices competitive on most things. Tend to carry higher end electronics and appliances at a very good price

I usually don’t write reviews but was not impressed with the service. I came to return a sweater I bought yesterday. I went to the till and apologized for the inconvenience of having no receipt and the sweatshirt I bought didn’t have tags. She began to getupset how I didn’t have the receipt although your Costco card keeps on file what you bought. I mentioned this and she told me it might not have it on here.. even though I scanned it and purchased it yesterday. she also said I probably went through self checkout and walked out taking the sweater. Who says that to a customer saying I was stealing. I do have her name but will be contacting Costco management for the staff member.

Great deals on bulk items but best to go during the week when it isn’t so busy!!! You must have a membership or be with someone who has one or you can’t buy anything!
