Great service. Busy shop (for a reason!) So they may not get to your vehicle as fast as others' but they quote fairly and honestly and found (rare) parts for a better price than was available locally.

My mechanic, who doesn't work on transmissions, told me my transmission was shot and my cv axle was shot. These guys spent about half an hour checking my van out and said there's nothing wrong with anything. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis either. They're honest and experienced people and I would definitely go back to them for any transmission work.

Jim and his team are amazing. You don't find people like Jim anymore anywhere. He is good people! Honest and exceedingly helpful. We brought our 2007 Sienna in with a failed radiator which took out the transmission. We sourced a used transmission, Jim's team put it in and we couldn't be happier. His invoice was very very reasonable given the extent of work required. These guys truly are specialists in transmission work. If I ever need transmission work again, I won't even think about it.......I will bring the keys to Jim! Thanks for an excellent job folks!!!!

I was recommended to Wilson's by my mechanic when my transmission in my dodge caravan went. Jim and his staff were very professional I still had a third party warrenty on my van and Jim took care of dealing with then to get it fixed. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for any transmission needs and using them in the future.

Very good to deal with and trustworthy. I had some transmission work done on my F150 work truck and they fixed me up when others were going to charge me a lot more without a guarantee that it would solve my problem. Jim and team here gave me full confidence in doing what they said they would do. I can see why they have been in business for such a long time. Doing what’s right for their customers.

Had my 2015 Terrain in there last week. Had been throwing error codes and my main mechanic doesn't do transmissions but recommended them. Did an evaluation same day (torque converter), had it in the following week and got it back about 5 days later complete and running great. Jim and crew are great - explained options, estimated cost and just as important, they were friendly and professional. Highly recommend for transmission work and if needed for another vehicle would certainly go back to them!

Simply the best, period. I am an independent used car dealer in London (Gardelli Motors) and thus have had to have more than my fair share of transmission work done over the years. It used to always feel like I got screwed over when it came to transmission work. Then I was referred to Jim. This was back when he owned a few national franchise shops. That was over 15 years ago. He treated me right then as a new customer and he has treated me right every time I have had to go to him since. They have done lots of jobs for me over the years and I have never had an issue after the fact. Great service. Fair pricing. And all round great people to deal with. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

Jim and his team have performed amazing work on my 2003 Mustang Convertible.
