I have tried other wellness clinics and their services do not compare to the team they have here. If you like wasting your time and money in a physio clinic where they do nothing but sit you down on a massage chair then this is not a place for you.I only trust Cesar and his team to maintain my back injury. They really care about your well-being and make sure you are well taken care of.

I first consulted sangeetha a few months ago about my sleep issue. I was slightly skeptical of the fact my gut health was causing my sleep issues.After the initial consultation I was impressed with the clinic she was working out of. Proevolution wellness is a very friendly, extremely clean and unique experience. Sangeetha is a very knowledgeable professional. She has helped me and is continuing to help with my sleep issues which have been resolved for the most part through my gut health with natural remedies. I would and have recommended sangeetha and proevolution wellness clinic to many friends and coworkers.

Cesar is very knowledgeable, along with his staff he creates a great environment for your strength & rehabilitation needs. I have struggled with a knee injury over the past few years and found it difficult returning back to playing sports. I'm now feeling stronger and more confident.

Super clean facility, very supportive staff and I have been working with physiotherapist Dr. Bahareh and she has been amazing! Went from having consistent neck pain to finally a therapy plan that is helping! Strongly recommend.

One stop shop for professional muscle building, recovery, conditioning, therapy and more. Cesar was able to educate me and help me just tap into my potential. I pulled my back and he was able to set me up and helped me recovery so much quicker so I can get back into training hard again. Cesar also help me prepare for my boxing match which I won with boxing focused training. Cesar will help you become the athlete you always wanted to be.

I have had nothing but a positive experience here at pro evolution. I have seen amazing results with my rehabilitation and am beginning to return back to my regular workout routine. I am very happy how my workouts are set up for me when I come in allowing me to get right to what I need to work on. The staff is great, they are very hands on and because of that everything runs smoothly and safely.

After months of digestive issues, i heard about this clinic and met Sangeetha. She took the time to listen to me and helped me changed my diet progressively. After only a couple months my digestion improved a lot, I felt overall healthier and more energetic. Sangeetha was very professional and I felt like she took my issues seriously. Top quality wellness facility in Vaughan with extremely knowledgeable staff who provide high quality services. I have been seeing the strength rehab trainer, Cesar for almost 7 years following a motor vehicle accident. This rehabilitation has significantly helped me to get back on track and regain muscle strength following my injuries. The chiropractor and massage therapist at this clinic are also fantastic. Will continue to be a regular customer here.

Came in looking for physio, my experience was very good. The Physiotherapist really helped my injury and made me feel comfortable. She explained my condition and educated me on what to do to heal faster. The place is new and clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
