My order number was 214657 with server training manager. Firstly, they give wrong order I figured out when I was home went back to get the correct order later saw there was less than the limited amount of steak on it very disappointed from the service since its in new management. Over all 0 star.

Ordered a steak burrito bowl and this is what I got. Meat looks like ground beef and is seriously overdone. Not worth the $15 they charge for it.

The food quality and service of this location has gone down hill. The lettuce and peppers are not cut in small pieces, and burritos are usually broken/ripped. More often than not, my burrito is made incorrectly (I order via their app). The staff (especially the one girl at cash) are unfriendly and when you try to confirm your order, you get attitude.

i am giving this a two star out of respect. this place use to be my friends and i's go to place on weekend night. i went away for few years and i guess the management changed because everybody's work ethics in that place has went down the drain. the food was not the same from what i remembered. it's very very bad. can barely taste the meat. i was really disappointed. my wife was even disappointed after i hyped this place up so she try whatever is on their menu. probably never coming back here again. it was good while it lasted.

Whenever I feel like having something healthy for dinner, I prefer this beef burrito. It’s full of flavours. Food portions are pretty enough for one person .

Store Location is best. But customer service is zero. We went there on Thursday afternoon, the girl with glasses who took our order looked at us as we have done something wrong to her, or we did a big mistake by ordering the food there. My husband is a newcomer in Canada, I was bragging about customer service in Canada to him, he wanted to try new food so I took him to my all time favorite burrito Boyz". However

This is by far the best place to have a burritoI have had so many meals here.For a brief period it was like an everyday lunch place for me.Staff changes at times but they are good in nature.Good quantity and quality at the same time.

Honestly this place used to be great. However ordering 2 burritos, the serving size was absolutely terrible almost no chicken at all and quality was so poor. If any does decide to order from here. I highly recommend go to KFC next to it. You all will thank to me. Owner please take care of your staff.
