I ordered some birthday balloons for my boyfriend pretty last minute but Mastermind was SO accommodating and took care of my needs so well. With only a few weeks notice, due to constantly changing pandemic restrictions, Mandy, Jen & Scott of MME were amazing to work with, and went out of their way to help us plan the perfect day. They captured photos and did mock ups of the rental items, they were always patient - answering all of our questions - and politely put up with our multiple changes and revisions. Everything arrived ahead of time and was picked up on time. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for us and we will continue to highly recommend Mastermind Events.

Had Jen do some balloons for a 50th party on Saturday and she went above and beyond. The garland was more than I could have hoped for and the balloons added such a great touch to the event. Easy to order and great people to deal with.

We got some simple linens for our wedding, but Mandy and crew made it feel like even our small order mattered. They followed up, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The service was excellent, and the quality of the linens we got for the rental price was amazing.

Really positive experience renting chairs and table covers. It was a last minute request and Mandy was very accommodating. She took a few phone calls with me providing great information to make my decision. The pickup and drop off was super easy. The chairs did need to be wiped down as they were slightly dirty but not a huge deal. Would use them for my next event rental.

Everything was amazing, they made our dreams come true! MME went above and beyond for our wedding. Our linens, chairs, decor and cutlery were stunning. Service was impeccable with set up and pick up. Every step in the planning process wasn't just easy, it was so much fun to work with them. They worked with our ideas, and even provided some magical decor combos that were breathtaking and brought our venue to life. I cannot recommend MME enough. Our other vendors commented it was some of the most beautiful linen and chair pairings they had ever seen at any wedding. The patience of the folks at MME is unparalleled. I think I revised my order for Rentals for my wedding about a dozen times and was met with quick, polite responses every time. Everything arrived on time and was in great shape. Fair prices, too. Would highly recommend MME.
