Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
Not great for my first time at this chain. Person behind the counter assumed our group was paying together without asking, then after serving us just disappeared into the back. Tried to get a lid for my leftover nachos and it took several minutes and call outs. We were about to go behind the counter and grab it ourselves when she popped out with her earphones in. Most likely will not return to this location.

Terrible service and quality At this location I ordered skip the dishes two tacos one of them had corn which I did not order the race was very hard rocks it was very dried out! It’s actually quite dangerous eating rice like this you can break your teeth It’s very dangerous I have no idea why they would let the rice sit out and get super hard and then serve it to the customers it’s ridiculous it’s just common sense, I had to drive to return my taco Explain to her I did not order any corn On my taco and I noticed the race was disgusting it looks like they never wash the container I explained to her that the rice was super hard like chewing rocks I even took a picture of it which I will post also noticed The race was very white looking not consistent with the other locations, This location needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the Serving station and provide freshly made food not old hard and dryed out And to also pay attention to what people are ordering on skip the dishes, Lucky I did not break a tooth or I would have sued Please pass this on to all of your locations do not serve hard old race to your customers!!

I have visited this location twice and have loved it ! Very clean, fresh delicious food, friendly attentive staff. Will be a regular.Update: food continues to taste great! I thought a joke was being played on me when this was my single serving of queaso, so disappointing!

Not open when it's supposed to beEdit: this happened again. Website clearly states 11:30 as their opening time. Get there at 11:40 and it's closed. I call and the girl on the phone answers hold on!". After holding she tells me they open at 12. This is some B.S.Boycotting mucho from here on out. Plenty of other burrito places to choose from"

Showed up at 8 25 to order food and was told they closed at 8 30 and I couldn't order anything. Even though it says they are open until 9 30. Won't be coming back here again

Went there 2 weeks ago @ 5 pm. They were basically out of food. No customers inthe restaurant. Asked for 3 options, out of all of them. Why bother?

2 stars because we actually got steak after asking for it repeatedly for 5-10mins.They told us they were running low and had to save it for other orders.Appearently our orders is not an order?!We were charged 29$ for a half full bowl.Please do not come here unless you want to be ripped offAdding to the post. We were told we were only allowed max 4 toppings on the make your own.

I ordered online curbside pick up order here which turned out to be horrible experience. First they did not prepared my order until I reached there, I had to call and remind them and after that they actually started to prepare it and after that they messed up my order and put all the things which I did not requested for. Which made that taste horrible. When I called them and asked to rectify their mistake they told me they just put it on side of my bowl and to remove it and eat it even though I don't like it. In addition to that the rice were not cooked properly they were very hard and dried out. And eventually I had to throw my whole order and eat something else. Had an most horrible experience here will never suggest anyone to order from this location
