The best groomer i have ever been to, Dana is such an amazing young woman and definately knows her job and her love for animals shines from her

Ray dog , a lab-shepherd cross, was given a shampoo and a procedure to strip out old guard hair. Previous to this treatment, he was continually scratching himself….and was so hot snd uncomfortable. He hasn’t scratched himself yet… such a worth while procedure .Thank you!!

Julia was very nice and patient with my doggie when she was clipping his nails. She made him feel comfortable even though he doesn't like getting his nails cut

A previous groomer had clipped my dogs quick, so the first visit to Dana to get his nails trimmed, he was less than impressed with having to go and even less cooperative. He's been coming to Dana for over a month now and he no longer bolts for the door and doesn't give her as hard of a time lol. She's earned his trust after the bad experience at the other place. Thank you for the special care and patience you give Texas when he comes to you. And thank you for giving all proceeds to the SPCA!! It really shows how genuine and caring you are as a person and a groomer!

LOVE the affordable nail trims and how the money goes to a good cause! I wish I got the name of the girl today but she was great with my havanese who is usually pretty bad for his nails

It wasn't perfect but, I'm happy to find a grooming place near our home and my pup seem to be okay with it.We got a full service package. Teeth and ear cleaning, nail trim, bath and shave. Oh, and he got a free scarf.Thank you for taking care of Baylees' grooming needs. We hope to be back within 2 months.

Thanks Dana and your caring staff at groomer has it. I brought my jack Russell in for the first time because we had a conversation about my roommates allergies to pet fur. I never in a million years would have believed Lucy shedding could be controlled so well with a single treatment. When I picked her up I was wearing black, after holding and petting her for a few minutes I was blown away to see next to no white fur on me. Lucy is 11 years old and a white and brown. It was good to see white and soft her fur was and still is 2 days later. They took great care of her.. I definitely recommend taking your pets to her if you want to reduce shedding, make them look their best, and help if anyone has the allergies. Thanks Dana angel your staff.

I'm not trying to bash the groomer here at all by any means but I was not very satisfied when I took my dog here. Ofcourse I didn't look him over too much when I picked him up because I wanted to get him out asap as he was stressed out, but that's because I'm usually the one that grooms him. I'm very picky but I really didn't know I'm supposed to let the groomer know what I prefer, as she said what she was going to do, which was a bath, a deshedding and having his teeth, nails and ears done; and I was fine with that. I had asked how long the deshedding is supposed to last and was told up to 3 months, depending on the dog and allergies etc. I noticed when I had got my dog home that he was still shedding and to the day he is still shedding - it's been 6 days since he was groomed. I checked his nails and his ears and neither were cleaned nor cut. The backs of his legs were shaved poorly and for some reason the groomer shaved some of his tail which I don't know why but it is noticeably uneven. My dog also had a small matt under his ear that was not touched and I had to cut it off with scissors. All in all, for the price of the grooming, and the poor job done on my dog, I will not recommend this groomer to anybody, but it could have been a bad day, this I'm not sure of, I know she is recommended a lot on social media but I'm just one person who is picky on how my dog is groomed so I will not be taking him back. Service was good I will admit though. Note the shedding pictures is only from petting my dog for a minute or two, he leaves more when he scratches or is brushed but I don't have any pictures from that, as it's just to show that the deshedding did not work.
