We used the drive through at this Time Hortons location and were very impressed. This is the first time we have seen two lanes where you get to choose whether you want to be served on the passenger side or the drivers side. We would recommend this Tim Hortons!

I have got my coffee every morning from there and most of the time the coffee they make has a weird taste ( metal taste or like contaminated water) that I believe is about their coffee maker. I have complained 2 times but they just don't care and fix it. I'm not gonna buy my coffee from them again.

I've been going to this tim hortons for 10 years, I've asked multiple time and they told me that the farmers wrap had no pork. I went to another tim hortons and the employee let me know it had pork while i was ordering for religious reasons.How can the employees be so lazy

The ladies who work here are very nice. This is an incredibly busy location, but they're very quick. I just find my coffee order is wrong quite a bit. I don't know if they're passing the wrong coffee (there's a lot of workers in the tiny store)or they misread the mobile order.

Ive been working in this area for 3 years now. Going to this Tim Hortons daily.I have to say, this is THE best time hortons ive ever been to. And, Consistently.Respect to the management, because the team here is just different. (In the good way)

Even though they are open till 10pm, they close the front door early based on my experience visiting after 9pm. Few times, they have asked to order from the drive thru window. Avoid unless you are driving here

I order ahead in the app and usually something with my order. Either they give me the wrong coffee or the wrong sandwich, donut, etc. Today I ordered and paid for a caramel iced Capp with chocolate milk, and they gave me an iced coffee with chocolate milk. This isn't a matter of mishearing at the drive thru, it's a mobile order, you read the order. I'm done coming to this location. With a lineup to go in and the drive thru, there's no point of complaining and waiting for them to fix" the error. As nice as the ladies are

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I’ve gone to this location no more than a handful of times, and every single time, they have messed something up in my order. I am unsure on whether the employees at this location are illiterate or incompetent. First of all, they take an obscene amount of time to take your order at the drive thru. They’ll either constantly rush you to order or you’ll be sitting there for a couple of minutes before anyone speaks up at the machine. I’ve asked for my bagel to be toasted twice and cut in half every-time I order; yet every-time I order, my bagel is barely toasted and never cut in half. That is what prompted this review. An order I placed today at this location, specifically asking for my bagels to be double toasted and cut in half, were ignored, and once again, my bagel was not only toasted as if the toaster setting was on the lowest heat but it had not even been cut. They somehow managed to mess up the coffee I ordered as well; giving me a regular instead of a double double like I had asked, and to top it all off, having ordered two bagels and two drinks, they did not provide any napkins. I’m not usually too big on napkins n straws and more of the trivial things, but when my order has been consistently messed up so many times, even the small things start to stand out. I recommended driving an extra minute or two to a different location. They do not deserve your business here. Personally, I will never be back, this location is the most convenient for me but I will go out of my way to go somewhere else and I suggest everyone else to do the same. Having read previous reviews, I don’t expect this location to get any better; I just want the owner, manager and the incompetent staff to know how terrible of a job they are doing. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
