Had such a great experience here buying a sofa. Tried a few then came across one that was a lot better and was perfect for what we needed. Jeff our salesperson was ever so nice. Gave us space and made the transaction easy and smooth. Leon's delivery was on time and perfectly done. We are so pleased with our new sofa and our experience at Leon's.

I purchased a chair-&-a-half sofa from Leons back in September 2022. We selected a specific colour from a swatch that was labelled charcoal. As this was a custom order it took approximately 4 months to receive. Upon delivery we noticed the colour was considerably lighter than what we ordered. Leons acknowledged this and proceeded to order a replacement. It arrived approximately 4 weeks later but was the exact same colour. I explained to the Leon CSR who had once again stated that the code for the coach is the same as the one on my original order to which I responded that the colour swatch is what we selected and the sofa doesn't match it. They attempted to delivery yet another(4 weeks later) telling me they verified it was the correct sofa and yet, once again, same colour! At this point I went to this Leons location and showed them the swatch with the charcoal colour code vs the sofa I had and the CSR again acknowledged not the same colour. So Leons said they would order it again, based on the swatch colour and another month later EXACT SAME COLOUR as the original is delivered!! At this point they stated that the colour of swatch wasn't an exact match and they could either refund the sofa and take it back or I select another of equal value. Neither option was acceptable as there was nothing in their inventory we liked and we wanted the sofa we selected. They offered a darker swatch colour but stated I would have to pay a restocking fee of 50% but would so graciously reduce it to 20% instead (1000$ sofa BTW), over 8 months of inconvenience not to mention I have no faith in the swatch colour matching ability and I would have to wait yet another 4+ weeks. At this point frustration can barely describe this ordeal so my counter proposal was giving me a 50% credit and I would keep the original. This was over 2 weeks ago, and you can guess its still unresolved.If they had simply taken the actual swatch colour and compare it to the sofa they kept delivering they would have quickly noticed this issue but all they do is go by the product code and continue to waste my time.

My rating is for the salesperson Joanna Zgurzynski. She provided my wife and I with some valuable advice that made it easier to make a decision. We don't live in the area and were just passing through. We came back two weeks later after taking some measurements and made our purchases.Thanks Joanna for your professionalismI hope everything is fine with our delivery.

Just received my 2nd Jupiter sectional from Leon's. The other one was 10 year's old and still goin strong, I just wanted a new color. Roweena at the Welland store is an excellent saleswoman, and the 2 delivery guys were excellent and helpful this morning as well. I love dealing with Leon's.

Thrilled with our new reclining couch and love-seat! Jodi at the NOTL location was outstanding to work with and helped us make our decision in a calm, friendly and not pushy way.Delivery was estimated mid-end June and it arrived today - no delay! Communication with delivery team was perfect and they arrived exactly when they said they would! Both young men were cautious about not marking walls and floors - very friendly and efficient. Overall experience is 10/10!!

One of the best experiences. They had the product in stock and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. The delivery was seamless, letting us know approximate time to be delivered the day before and then the morning of delivery they kept us informed, where we were in the order of deliveries, messaged when they were on their way to our home. This experience could not have been better. Thank you Chris and all others who made this a good experience.

I have bought a sectional sofa from Leon's NOTL. When they delivered legs were missing and the delivery guy told me it happened a lot. When I asked him should i call the store He said, oh no need ...I'll let the customer care know about the missing parts and somebody will come to our house tomorrow and put on legs for you."  But when I called to the customer care
