Coach Vitor is an amazing fighter and instructor. He is teaching not only the fighting system but also how to improve overall: mobility, strength, cardio, reflexes. He has a phenomenal way to explain things.

MKM Krav Maga offers everything I’ve been looking for: efficient self-defence and fighting techniques designed for street attacks, strength training, cardio workout, and flexibility exercises. Vitor’s prowess and entertaining nature make learning interesting and super fun. The group’s friendliness and enthusiasm towards new challenges is contagious! MKM is by far the best place to train.

Vitor is an amazing teacher. I took a few private classes told him I was a total beginner with a back injury, the training sessions were adapt to my level and fun! He help you push your limits but respect your limitations. The group classes are also very good, everyone is friendly help each other.

Coach Vitor is thorough professional who knows how to teach the techniques in easiest possible way . This is the place where you will learn something new and practically useful .During all learning process , good health will be a biproduct . Highly recommended for those who hate gyms but have a desire of having good health .

Hands down, this is one of the best ways to invest your time and energy! The classes are always motivating and rewarding. Not only you will get in a better shape, learn useful techniques, and develop a stronger character, but you will also be able to vent daily frustrations for free (no psychotherapy required!!) :-) Vitor is a very professional instructor and will make sure you have all the support to progress. Even if you lead a busy life and can't attend frequently, you will still make a progress every time you come to the class. The atmosphere in the group is both supportive and challenging, which is perfect for your own improvement. My only regret about joining MKM is that I didn't join it much earlier :-)

Vitor is an amazing teacher! Very patient and helpful. He truely cares about his students and provides respectful environment to learn. He adapts each lessons for you to have a good understanding of the technics. I've been training there for a year now and I absolutely recommend it!
