I have to go weekly for my bloodwork and I have been coming to this location for years now. The girls are great. Especially Allyson. They greet me by my name, provide a great service and are super friendly always. Great experience every time.

Most of the staff are quite friendly however, the one phlebotomist named Caroline has been consistently passive aggressive and rude to multiple patients. Her micro aggression should be addressed by lifelabs as I witnessed her upset several vulnerable elderly patients consistently with every visit I've made.

The staff were friendly, helpful, respectful, and highly efficient. Going there for a routine blood test was quick and easy and nearly painless. A little waiting, both standing then seated, may be necessary, so if using the pay parking on the adjacent street, it's best to pay for an hour or two ($1.25—$2.50). Those without an appointment should give them at least one hour to be served. Lastly, adult visitors are still required to wear masks for health and safety, so it's important to bring one with you.

Very helpful, very prompt, very direct. Ask questions if you're confused or curious, and they are happy to quickly explain the process and make sure it's easy on you and on them next time you come in. I like that they don't suffer fools easily, but that's personal preference.Edit: and painless!! More often than not it's such an easy process.

I echo the last review. The front desk person was incredibly rude and should NOT be working with people. I will never go to this location again due to the treatment I received from her and witnessed her treating others the same. When people come into these places, they are obviously there under stressful circumstances already - all health care workers and professionals need to be educated in Trauma Informed Practice. At the least, I would expect someone working in the human service field to actually enjoy working with people, not causing further harm to people already dealing with health issues.

Despite being short staffed, the girls at this location work exceptionally well together. They try their best to get people through in decent a decent time frame. They are very nice and the atmosphere here is upbeat. It's very clean and tidy and it seems they try very hard to keep it that way. The front desk lady is very thorough in making sure all my information is up to date. The lady taking my blood was fast, efficient, and practically painless. Good job ladies, keep up the good work

I do not know how something so easy and simple turned into something so difficult and complex.I provided both my BC Health Care # and AB # as they asked for both. I had already registered myself under My Care Compass. My results did not appear within the 48 hrs time period. I called the LifeLabs 1-800 # to ask what happened. The first agent told me that they spelled my name incorrectly. They called the St. Paul location to have it fixed. My test result should have appeared after that. It did not.I then called the LifeLabs 1-800# the following day and was told by an agent that because I had an AB# that I could not get the results online. That is false because I had results online before. They transferred me to technical support who told me that they entered my BC Health # wrong and that it should show up on My Care Compass now that they fixed it. It did not. She then called another 1-800# to get this fixed, with me on the line as well, to try to fix it. The next agent she spoke with fixed it. However, my results did not appear.She upgraded the case to a supervisor but because it is nearing a weekend, this likely won't be resolved until next week.Physicians go on holidays during the summer and I attended the Life Labs as soon as I could in order to get the results before my physician went on holidays. Now I have to wait two additional weeks because of a human error as they do not return until then. This should not have occurred. This just goes to show how a simple human error can have a large impact on a patient. In future, please ensure that you enter the information correctly.*The agent did in fact fix the issue at the 11th hour and I appreciate that they took the time to fix it before the weekend. Thanks!

Staff were great. Online booking worked very well. I arrived, stood in line for a few minutes, got registered and they ushered me right in. I then just had to wait a few minutes for the lab tech. All in all, a very good experience.
