I have been a client of Louise's since 2015. It's hard to believe it's been that long because my skin doesn't reflect that much time having passed.Louise is the consummate professional while still being warm, friendly and incredibly caring, to the point where I now feel more like a friend than a client. I have been working with Louise for the last 7 months and I can confidently say my skin has never looked or felt better! Louise works with the Alumier MD, a medical grade skin care line that is not only extremely effective but gentle as well on my sensitive skin. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to listen to my skin care goals and develop a comprehensive morning and night regime, that we’ve been adjusting to get just right. I also did a series of 3 chemical peels with Louise and let me tell you, there was nothing more satisfying than shedding those layers and seeing my beautiful healthy skin beneath! I use to have regular breakouts and my skin has been completely free of breakouts for months now. What I really appreciate and what makes Louise stand apart from other skin care clinics, is that she is truly invested in her clients skin care journey and works within your budget. I have always felt lost and overwhelmed when it comes to skin care and Louise makes it’s easy. She will regularly follow up post consult or treatment to see what products are working for me and which aren’t, and she is always available if I have any questions. Meeting Louise has been a game changer and I only wish I had booked my first consult with her sooner!

Louise is absolutely brilliant! I sought Louise’s expertise since I had been experiencing hormonal acne after coming off of hormonal birth control. I was on birth control for over 10 years to manage my acne, during this time my skin was clear. A few months after coming off of the pill, I would get really painful cystic acne on my chin and jawline. This was not only painful but would make me really self conscious.I am getting married in November and really wanted to get my skin under control for not only this but to feel confident in my skin again. I would fixate on my acne and felt nothing but frustration. I found it extremely overwhelming while doing research online, there is so much information on active ingredients in skincare and I was worried that I would just make my skin worse without any real skincare knowledge. One of my work colleagues recommended Louise and told me that Louise would work with me to find a solution.I initially met with Louise over a virtual consultation where we walked through my skin history and talked about the concerns that I wanted to address. Soon after, I met with Louise in person and she washed my face and assessed my skin after having a close up look. She suggested a few ways forward, but ultimately set up an entirely new skincare regimen with me. Louise works with medical grade skincare, which in my case is really effective. After my appointment, Louise sent me a text message with all the skincare steps for morning and night, which was extremely helpful. She makes skincare easy and does all the research for you!After only 5 days of starting my new skin care regimen, my skin started to clear up! I have not had any cystic acne since and the redness and texture of my skin has improved greatly. I could not believe my eyes - I really was not expecting to see any improvement for at least a couple of weeks/months. I can’t wait to see how my skin will look like in a couple of months time.I’m so thankful and relieved that Louise took the time to address my concerns and I can’t wait to keep working with her to address the redness and potential scaring resulting from my acne. I could not recommend Louise enough! Once you work with Louise she is absolutely determined to come to a solution. Louise is so passionate about what she does - you will not regret working with her.

I started seeing Louise only a few months ago and have already seen so much improvement in my skin. Louise is incredibly knowledgeable and really takes the time to get to know your skin and your concerns before recommending products. During my first appointment she spent 1.5 hours with me on a consultation that was completely complimentary. My biggest concern before seeking out help from a skin clinic was that they would try and sell me on products, but Louise has never pushed any products on me. In fact, she even said no to a facial request because it was not needed. You can tell that Louise is simply very passionate about helping her clients on their skin care journey and has the skills and knowledge to help get you skin you are confident in.

I simply cannot say enough positive things about Louise. I have been seeing Louise for at least 5 years and she has helped me (and my skin) through so many stages of life - whatever has come up, Louise has been able to fix it. Louise goes above and beyond with everything, and makes me feel like family every time I see her. Her work is not just her work - it’s her passion. She is incredibly knowledgable, experienced and informative. Her treatments are exceptional and she has equipped me with a comprehensive home plan and regularly checks in to ensure it’s still working for me. Every time I see her I leave feeling completely cared for, understood and restored. I can’t recommend her enough!
