The York Theatre is small but cozy, and we recently had a fantastic time there watching The Little Mermaid with the kids. The seats are comfortable and the sound and lighting are top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the concessions stand with a good selection of snacks and drinks. The show itself was delightful, and the kids were thoroughly entertained. We left feeling happy and satisfied, and we'll definitely be back to the York Theatre in the future. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Good theatre but a bit tight. We enjoyed a nice show. Try to book balcony as it gives better view.

Incredible event, saw famous Eagle Dance on the stage and had fun music-making on stage behalf of and with Mary Edwards as well as getting ready below stage! Great location York!

Lovely small East Van theatre. Incredibly friendly staff. Saw Starwalker with my wife and thoroughly enjoyed the performance. First time and the York. Definitely not the last.For my fellow tall folks: the front row of the balcony has less than optimal leg room compared to the rest of the theatre. We moved at intermission. The other seats we sat in were fine.
