The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse

My mom purchased a new mattress at the Old Cannery & needed a lower box spring instead of the standard box spring. The staff was SO wonderful as they didn't have the lower one in stock, so the saleswoman let her take the mattress & standard box spring that day AND had it delivered. They ordered the lower box spring it arrived earlier than expected & they called to let us know & by 5:00pm it was delivered. The experience was very smooth & the staff was so helpful.

2 stars for the bedroom furniture quality5 stars for customer service.I really wanted to love this place. I have been multiple times to browse through. Definitely matches our style. When moving our toddler to a big boy bed we decided to look here. We found a rustic full size bedroom set that would be perfect for him. Unfortunately, it’s far from it. When we were putting the bed frame together one of the side rails split when we were putting the screw in. They predrilled the hole right through a knot in the wood. I understand things happen so we just had them replace the rail and it was fine. Then we noticed when we sat on the bed with our son it would make creaking noises. Thought it was just the wood settling. Last night 11/06/2022 my husband went to lay on the bed with our son and 2 of the slats snapped in half. I contacted them first thing today and they won’t take the furniture back because it’s been past 30 days. Best they can do is replace the slats, which will take 4/6 weeks to get. We spent a lot of money on this set and I’m not happy they won’t take back an obviously faulty product.Update: 11/08/2022Received a call today from a very nice lady, I believe her name was Amanda. She understood our concerns and said that sense we are barley over our return window she will put in the order for us to be able to return the entire set. That is great customer service! Only wish this would have been the case yesterday and it didn’t take a negative review to be able to get our money back. Nevertheless, I greatly appreciate her reaching out. Maybe in the future we will purchase more furniture from here, but pay closer attention to the overall quality.

Absolutely great place for kids and adults alike!For the adults: The Old Cannery Furniture Wearhouse really is a large warehouse where you can test out (sit or lay) all of their furniture. That includes sofas, couches, beds, sleepers, recliners, dining tables... ... ... You get the point. If you're not sure what you want or what brand/model fits your criteria, the in-store associates are always available to help. They are also honest and frank with you. For example, I wanted to check out their firmest couch so I asked for their help. The associate showed me around. After listening to my feedback, he told me the firmest couch available would be a wooden bench with a few cushions. I like that honesty!For the kids, the kid at heart, and pretty much everyone: MODEL TRAINS! FUDGE! HOLIDAY EVENTS! And the occasional petting zoo. They have model trains running overhead throughout the day. There's also an intricate, interactive, and large model train display in the kid's section. They also make their own fudge in-house along with other candies. All are available for purchase. And then for certain holidays, they might bring in various mascots/individuals for pictures with the kids. As for petting zoo? There was a camel just taking it easy in the parking lot during my latest visit.The only downside is that I didn't see their mascot, the moose.Ample parking in front and around the building.

I haven’t even had this 750 dollar coffee table for a year yet and the finish is chipping away….I’ve had cheap furniture that has lasted longer… I have a dresser from them that I really like but I guess the quality differs between products.

Great place for couches, beds, tables, coffee tables, and any array of furniture. Just bought my new reclining couch here. Will be back to buy a new bed soon and they are super comfy. They have a delivery service through a 3rd party that they offer if you can't diy. The displays they put out, train sets are awesome, and curtail it to every holiday. They sell fudge inside and it's very good. They also offer financing if needed.

I love this place. There are so many brands and styles to choose from. They have great prices. A lot of marked down items. Very nice setup of showrooms. They have financing available and there is a rather large scratch and dent section. I highly recommend going here to shop for furniture and assorted decorations for your space. There is also a fudge shop in the middle of the warehouse that has some of the best tasting fudge around.

This place is a whole destination. Furniture and decor at what seemed to be reasonable prices. The vibe of the store itself is relaxed and fun with lots to look at and snacks towards the middle on the left side when you enter. We happened in on a whim but will definitely check back when we're ready for new furniture. In addition to the vast selection we appreciated that while two associates casually checked on us no one stalked us or ever became pushy.

This is our first time visiting this cannery 2 weeks ago. Enjoyed the Easter Egg-Stravaganza at the Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse. There was a small petting zoo with unique animals outside for the day. The adorable animals are from Old McDebbie's Farm / Jim's U-Fish. We went inside and it was huge. It is a museum-like with lots of history. They had free popcorn at the very back. In the middle of the store was a little food shop that sold fudge which we bought. We also looked at the furniture and there were many selections.

We went there for Easter activity this morning. It is a wonderful place. The small pets zoo are cute, the decorations in the store are amazing. We had a good time there and my daughter got a goody bag and a balloon. She was very happy too. Thanks for the activity.

This furniture warehouse is bigger than it looks from the outside. Has plenty of parking & a good selection of furniture. There's overhead suspended - running model trains throughout different areas of the building. And numerous antique oddities displayed and/or hanging from the rafters - even a kit style plane. Lot's to see, very kid friendly, they even make fudge. This business is so many steps beyond the average furniture store.
