Poor service and rudeDo not really care about animals

If I could give zero stars, I would. My dog was extremely ill and I called the clinic. I explained that my dog was very sick and needed to see a vet as soon as possible. She would not give me any info until I paid a $25 fee to register my pet over the phone. I paid the fee expecting to see a vet the same day. She said she could book me in the next week because they were booked up but if I wanted to see a vet the same day I would have to pay an additional $200 surcharge!!!! I ended up going to Grand falls to get my dog looked after the same day. These people obviously care more about money thann animals. Definitely not recommended. Look elsewhere.
