For some reason, when getting rid of snow at my condo, my car or my parking spot when it's not there, is the first place for them dump snow. I came back from being out of the province to a pile of snow in my parking spot. Today, with the snow removal, they just pushed the snow INTO my car because they think that's the best option (even though there is space elsewhere). It's just lazy and this company does not deserve the contract. 100 % would not recommend.

The service is bad and not professional. They find loop holes in the condominium property act to avoid doing the jobs they are hired to do. In my situation they used a clause in the Saskatchewan CMHC that was up to interpretation to get out of taking care of a problem. I have owned this property since it was built and have had the same issue in the past. The previous property management companies always took care of these issue without question, why? Because they knew that that’s what they were hired to do and it would be wrong of them to conduct business this way. When I asked how I go about putting in a complaint about Denro they refused to give me a contact for the condominium board saying that I had to send a complaint to Denro and that they would forward it on??? This seems like a very easy and convenient way for Denro to squash any complaints that owners have about Denro. What a shady operation!

I couldn't imagine that they gave me apartment with BED BUGS and than charge me for bad bugs treatment.Check before getting rental whether they will pay for paste control or you need to pay?Super bad experience

I called in several times about their fence across the back of our property. The wind blew it over during the winter. It took months for them to return our calls. But what took the cake is this last call today. I asked if they could at least prop the fence up so it doesn't scrap our trees. She said she would take it to the board and then hung up on me while I was still talking. Terrible company. Awful people. Ridiculous, immature and unprofessional conduct.

Being the owner of 3 different condos, I have had bad experiences with Denro Regina over so many occasions. The service is bad and non professional, it seems all they manage is charing you condo fee and make sure they paid on time. when you need help or info, they never provide any help or real answer. For example, when I want to find out what type of freon i need for the air condition, all they could tell me is ask the plumber. when I call for some info about a mail box, it took them 2 week to call me back and the answer is we have nothing to do with the mail box, call your realtor or canada post!All these make me wonder how in the world a horrible company can ever exist! As the owner, I felt i was being treated like a renter in a cheap apartment, especially that Joel person, absolutely horrible, when she was the manager for the River bend condo. If i was the condo corp, I would never consider Denro to manage the building!!!!

Don’t bother calling with any issues you need help with you will receive zero assistance. Absolutely useless management company with lazy staff more focussed on arguing versus assistance. Recommend their competitors for better service. Kodak or Cressman.

Horrible, I've have had pneumonia three times in five months I've asked them several times to fix my tub surround because I believe there was mould behind it and they didn't, believe me, I have fallen twice in the tub grabbing the tub surround and it cracked now that I have removed it myself I have noted several spots of black mould all the way through the drywall I've sprayed it down with bleach again allergic so probably be sick here right away breathing in the inhalants of mould and bleach thanks General swell job. And every time I've asked them for the new tub surround they say it's not in their budget. I hope you like being sued because that's what I'm doing.

They took over running our condominium buildings, since then we have had a pest problem for well over a year, the building manager cannot even shovel the walks, the building overall is dirty, they have not brought in snow remover in the parking lots, they do a terrible job. Especially the day to day aspect. They only operate Monday to Friday so if you have an issue over the weekend, they'll see you Monday about it. Pests, poor cleaning, just a terrible job by the building manager hired by Denro.

I would not suggest using Denro as a property management company, and would avoid renting/ buying an Encore Condo in Harbour Landing.You Cannot enjoy life peacefully here. You are watched like a hawk, new signs are always going up telling you what NOT to do (even a homemade one in the tree which I’m sure wasn’t approved by the board) and are rudely confronted from windows & balconies by neighbours (which triggers anxiety attacks)We also have rodents running around the condos, digging holes in the rocks and burrowing between the houses and concrete. One neighbour has a box that lets out a terrible high pitch noise to deter them (making it impossible to enjoy sitting outside) but the rodents persist, even saw them in the snow this winter.Condo board does not care - they just want green grass and everyone to stay inside.If you enjoy life, positivity, Friendly neighbours, pets, or anything fun, do not live here!We have had 11+ neighbours come and go in 2 years because of Denro and the Encore Condo board.Sad, disgruntled, unsatisfied karen’s only! or the male version, Adam.

I lived in a nice neighborhood until they took over managing the property. After they took over my property and the surrounding duplexes, they moved in a bunch of partiers and drug users. Parties, fights, people drinking in the park, kids bullying kids and left unattended running around at night. A drunk driver even hit my vehicle from the party house across from me. The manager who lives on site is timid and doesn't do anything about the partiers. She actually told me to just keep calling the police. I made many complaints to the manager but nothing was done so I moved out.
