I can't say enough amazing things about this location! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the services provided and the great variety of product available for purchase makes this a top notch salon. Everything is so clean - the beds, the waiting area, the rooms, the towels - you can really tell that they prioritize proper sanitization. Prices are very reasonable and they have some great options for subscription or per use visits. The parking is also amazing because it is right out front and there's always space. I highly recommend using this salon.

I called to ask for pricing, I was put on hold so she can clean the bed, I was on hold for 7 minutes and hung up. I continued to call in to talk to someone and the phone was off the hook. looks like I will be using the upper gage location.

Amazing Service. Amazing owners. Christie is the absolute best. I would highly recommend Sol'exotica Stoney Creek to anyone. Since vacations are canceled in 2020 getting a tan is the next best thing! What are you waiting for...like seriously...stop reading this and go..

HIGHLY recommend this location ! New owner and a bit of a renovation ! The owner is amazing, she's so welcoming and sweet ! She's extreamly knowledgable as well and helpful ! She's like a personal trainer but personal tanning guru instead lol. The entire staff really know their stuff and are always so nice. It's always a pleasure to go for a sunless tan here ! Great music too, tanning and a personal dance party ! Win win

They're thieves. i cancelled my membership months ago, only to find out they have been debiting my CC $68 per month.SIXTY EIGHT bloody dollars per month for a service I have not used in almost a year.I have no words to describe how upsetting it is that I owe so much debt on my credit card for something that should have been cancelled long time ago.You should be ashamed of yourselves. Another con-artist business taking advantage of people's trust.Shame on you.

I wrote on instagram to ask this salon a question as I have vitiligo and I wanted to get some tanning services before I went away to Cuba next week....I got a response from them that was so unprofessional essentially making me feel like I was stupid for asking...than I got told I was trying to cause beef on a snow day because I spoke my mind on just how professional their response was....I am disgusted with their customer service will be discussing it with head office tommrow! I definitely don't recommend this salon If you want to be treated a properly as a customer....they don't care for new clients I guess.
