Engine replacement, I generally have had service, brakes and other general repairs done at Active Green + Ross. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I find the cost of repairs is very competitive. With the recent engine replacement Kia was going to charge me much more and they couldn't find an engine. AGR however found a quality used engine with half the kilometres of the original engine. They came in under the estimate as well. Great service and I would highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing! Always reaching out to make sure I book my seasonal tire changes. They have even implemented on on-line tool for folks like me who can't seem to get a non-business related phone call out during business hours. They always do a bang up job and are very professional and courteous.

I have been a proud client of the Active Green+Ross Centre on Guelph Line since around mid 2020. While they may not be the most affordable, I 100% trust them to repair my vehicle whenever it needs servicing. They provide photos in their inspection reports so that you can see problem areas, and they complete their repairs in a timely fashion without excuses. I have never felt like I'm being swindled unlike some other places I've brought my car. I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.

Purchased and had installed summer tires. Great advice when choosing which tires, quick apptm date, fast installation. Very nice, informative people working there. Highly recommend this location and that service.

Been using these fine people for 5 years for my truck and my wife's car. Always fair to deal with, never pushy with unnecesary add-ons. Definately less costly then dealers for regular maintenance and will use genuine parts if you prefer. I like how they send a report with pictures of the issue and once a video to my phone.
