We used Tom to sell and purchase our family home. Tom took his time with us to understand what we were looking for in a new home. He was thoughtful in his approach and always professional. He made himself available to us as we needed. He was very thorough when it came time to put in an offer. We felt Tom had our best interest in mind. As a recent graduate from Queen’s University having been accepted to the University of Toronto I was faced with the task of finding a place to live downtown Toronto. Looking for an option more comfortable than residence, finding my own apartment was the logical next step. Coming from a small town, followed by a university town (Kingston, ON) I had no idea of the competitive landscape of rental properties in Toronto. Contacting individual landlords was extremely difficult and uncomfortable, but this all changed when I contacted Tom. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom! He always responded to my multiple emails and text messages in a very timely and professional manner, which I truly appreciated. I had used Tom services to sell my condo in March of 2021. Prior to working with him, I had originally listed the condo with a separate real estate agent in September of 2020 and needless to say, that other agent completely missed the mark and misjudged the market after being listed for over two months with no offers.Fast forward a few months later, I had interviewed a handful of real estate agents, which includes Tom whom I connected with via Linkedin. Sure enough, within 4 days of being listed on the market I had three offers, with the final accepted offer being at the value that I was looking for.Tom's professionalism throughout the entire process was excellent. He was also very prompt in responding back to any questions I had, even if it was late in the evening.
