I dropped off my knives and they came back razor sharp and have stayed sharp for a very long time. I can never really get my knives sharp and I seem to have to constantly be doing when sharpen them myself. Peter is great to deal with and knows what he is doing. As a chef he really knows what he is doing. Very reasonable pricing and fast service as well

Peter has a lot of experience both with knife sharpening AND cooking! He made me feel comfortable that he was going to take care of my precious Japanese knife using proper sharpening techniques and not a simple big box store sharpener. I got 16 dull knives which need sharpening. So I decided contact Peter, he came pickup the knives in no time and return them to me next day. All the knives come back to life just like new. Peter got the skills to resurrect any knives. I recommend him to everyone!
